First of all thanks to Kleen and the rest of the BPS team for getting me a fresh bottle of Endosurge to help bring my natural test levels back to normal and hopefully beyond!

I just wrapped up a rather lengthy run of running a SARMS stack for about 9 weeks. I ran Ostarine (MK-2866) up to 25mg and S4 all the way up to 90mg per day towards the end of the run. while SARMS are considered mildly suppressive, they can cause a fair amount of shutdown when running higher dosages and lengths. I have used a variety of test boosters before so I have quite a bit of experience with them and know what to expect from most.

With that said, I have heard great things about Endosurge and what it can do. This will in fact be a PCT of sorts from the SARMs and the goal will be to bring my levels back up by the end. From what Ive read and heard on this product, it is VERY effective at doing this, so it should be a great time! My libido has also taken a slight bit of a nose dive in the last couple months, so I'm hoping it will raise it back up also. I will be reporting on all the effects that I notice from Endosurge. Signs of test increase, libido, gym performance, sleep, etc...

My diet will continue along the same lines that I have been following for quite some time now. I do Intermittent fasting and my days are divided into burn and build days. It has been structured towards recomp through the entire SARMs run and I managed to get myself to around 6% bodyfat or slightly under. So, recently I;ve switched it to more of maintaining bodyfat and gearing towards slow LBM gain. My caloric targets right now are at around 3k-3200 on workout days and 1800-2k on burn days with one maintenance day at around 2500

My training and diet schedule each day breaks down like this....

Monday:Chest/Triceps (3k-3200 cals, 200-250g carbs, 250-275g protein)
Tuesday: Back/Biceps in AM, light cardio in PM (2500-2700 cals, 150-200g protein, 250-275g protein)
Wednesday: Shoulders/Calves/hamstrings (3k-3200 cals, 200-250g carbs, 250-275g protein)
Thursday: Cardio (1800-2k cals, 50-75g carbs, 200-250g protein)
friday:Quads/Arms (3k-3200 cals, 200-250g carbs, 250-275g protein)
Saturday: Cardio (1800-2k, 50-75g carbs, 200-250g protein)
Sunday: Cardio or rest (1800-2k cals, 50-75g carbs, 200-250g protein)

I will be taking bodyfat measurements and progress pics tomorrow that I will be posting up to show my current beginning state.

Please join me to see what ENDOSURGE can do!! :woohoo:

Well today was my first dose of Endosurge. I might have failed to mention I will also be taking DAA during this also.

Burn/cardio day....

Did 60 minutes of cardio. First 30 minutes was running at 8.3 MPH. My endurance has increased so much in the last couple months that I've been able to add speed to my running every week. 7 MPH most feels like nothing anymore...lol. The last 30 minutes I did incline treadmill walking 3.5 MPH @ 10% incline. Total burn was 975 Cal's

I'm looking pretty lean today. My diet today has been pretty much carb free except trace amounts for my fast breaker. It was pretty much 100% protein with 2 scoops of whey, 14 oz chicken breast, 5 oz Greek yogurt (plain), and one slice of LN cheesecake. Tonight I may have some carbs and the diet probably won't be as clean. Hopefully this will let me fill up just a little bit for pics, but still allow me to dry out by tomorrow afternoon.

Tomorrow I will have the bodyfat measurements and pics to start this log

Thanks to everyone that has joined!!

Here are my starting pics for this PCT which are also my final pics for my 8 week SARMS run. The goal obviously during this PCT will be to maintain my current state on bodyfat and possibly add some LBM while getting my test levels back to at least normal ranges.

My bodyfat was measured with 3 point caliper today at 5.7-5.9% bodyfat at a weight of 165 (dry and depleted)

Had a great workout today despite being depleted on little sleep and without the S4. I had some nice lifts and even went up 10 lbs for my heavy set on bench. I hadn't tried 275 in a long time because of previous shoulder issues. Surprised me that I got 4 reps and it was my 3rd working set to failure! Pretty impressed with my overall numbers.

Not much to report on effects from Endosurge yet as its still early, but I will be giving my thoughts on it more as time goes on ;)

3 points, you must be measuring more of your trouble spots than your leaner spots, cuz there are places where you about 0 you are about 5.0 to 5.2 in my books...

The 3 points I'm measuring are what they recommended with the calipers. One upper measurement (pec), one middle (ABS), and one lower (quad).

I can try some other places also to see what i come up with

Doug just likes to argue with him about his BF......I don't think he means it.
I mean you can't really think judging from a pic is more accurate than calipers???

Its cool man. I knew you'd be here sooner or later!

To be honest, its hard for me to even believe my caliper measurements. I just don't see 6% or under when i look in the mirror. I guess its mostly because my ABS don't look that great unless flexed IMO. Relaxed the separation is not as pronounced as i figured it would be.....but once again I know we are always our worst critics....lol

Today's workout went great! One thing that puzzled me this morning was my weight being down from what i had expected. I took in a lot of carbs yesterday, and i expected to be around 166 but I was actually 164.5 and looking lean with no bloat....weird.

I was definitely holding size excellent and I looked incredibly huge once I got a good pump going. I matched PRs from last week, and the later part of my session I had less fatigue holding higher weights and reps than normal, so it was a great session in all.

I really think the Endosurge is helping sleep a lot. I'm sleeping much deeper with less fatigue when I wake up. I figured with the l-dopa in it, that it would help in that department

Also, looking awesome RickRock. A lot of hard work, sacrafice and determination was accomplished for that body.

Good Stuff so far Rick, yeah the combination of the 2 extracts of Mucana really boosts the amount of GH that EndoSurge provides. Since you are fasting I recommend getting 2 AM while fasting, 2 about 30 minutes before your fast breaker and then 2 before bed. I think you will get the best results that way. It optimizes your GH output that way.

Come and support me as I FORCE MYSELF TO GET LEAN AGAIN with the help of AppNut Fat Free! I haven't had a serious plan to cut like this one in quite some time expecting great things here.

That's pretty close to how I've been dosing it. I've been doing 2 caps early AM preworkout (fasted), 2 caps with fast breaker, and then 2 caps pre-bed. The only difference is I'm not taking the 2nd dose 30 minutes before the meal. If its more optimal to do that for GH output, I will start doing that.

Heading over to check your log out now man!

Today's workout was just kinda so- so. I felt pretty drained and fatigued so it was hard to really push through the workout. I hung in there and my numbers on the sets didn't really suffer. But I definitely had a lack of energy that stuck with me all day.

On a positive note, the Endosurge is doing GREAT things for my sleep at night. I don't wake up very easily now and sleep much deeper. I'm really enjoying those effects.

Haven't noticed any differences in body composition lately at all, but I'm not really complaining. My main goal right now is to maintain my current physical state and strength. So far....so good!

In the shape you are in just maintaining will be more work then most people could bare... You are focking ripped dude and to even hope to get more shredded in a short time would be some what crazy! :) It would be so easy to take a step back in that shape so just to hear you aren't losing anything is an accomplishment in itself!

Yeh, I agree and can tell you that maintaining low bodyfat is a chore in itself. It can get away from ya so quick if you slip up for a week. Then at the same time you are trying to build and maintain muscle. Its quite the balancing act....progress is slower this way, but effective...and I think I'm starting to get a decent handle on things

Cardio/burn day

I wanted to fill up a bunch with carbs yesterday and I think i did that well. I looked very full this morning and scale weight was back up to 166.5 early AM.

Body composition looks basically the same as it was on the SARMS. The only difference I've seen is the vascularity isnt as insane as it was on the androgenic S4, but bodyfat, muscle mass, and weight all remain the same. Gym performance on strength hasn't suffered any either.

45 minutes cardio this morning

30 minutes running 8 MPH for 400 Cal's

15 minutes HIIT elliptical for 200 Cal's

Total burn 600

I may do some light incline treadmill tonight for 30 minutes or so
