I just found this helpful link.
It is supposed to be for Intermittent Fasting but I am using the calculator to figure my daily needs for on and off days.
The results for the calculations seem a tad low so I am going to just increase them by a little bit.
It says on workout days I should be getting around 4100 calories in, with close to 400 grams of carbs.
I am thinking more like 4500, with 350 grams of carbs and 250 protein.
The off day calories seem to be more accurate, the low side of 3500 cals for off days.

Well I am on a day schedule now for a couple weeks so time to really put this stuff to the test. My lifts are so much better on a day schedule. No f'd up workout schedules on my off days, I get up and go to bed at the same time every day. First dose down the hatch @ 6am.......workout coming at 6:30pm, double dose around 5pm.
