  2. Greenie... I posted an update video as promised on my Hallow-Lean thread! Damn loose skin kills me Bro, you'll see what I mean, I mean don't get me wrong I look good and from where I was in the beginning, I definitely made a pretty remarkable transformation, but if my skin was a little tighter, which will take time for it to tighten up as I continue getting leaner and my body acclimates to being leaner, that will go away, I mean it did when I went as silver surfer, just took a while is all!

  4. Ok guys a little update here. I don't know what the hell I did, but my upper back running along each side of my spine is JACKED UP. I can't stand up straight and it's making breathing a real bitch. I am in a serious amount of pain right now, and I've never experienced anything like this. I spent a good part of last night on the kitchen floor simply because I couldn't get up. I'm going to hit the doctor today to see what he has to say. Man I hope something us not seriously screwed up.

The pull or tear in your back may have been caused due to dehydrated muscles make sure you're drinking a lot of water on EPI-V...

  10. The dr. wasn't clear on what muscle he was in and out before I could ask questions, but he said I strained something. They hooked me to some pulse machine for an hour that honestly did nothing, then sent me on my way with prescription for anti-inflammatory, big 'ol pain killer and a muscle relaxer. Looks like I'll be out if the gym for a bit.

  11. Like I told you in your PM to me, don't worry about the LOG, come back to it when your body is ready, take the brake necessary to heal and recover, just stay good on your diet, if cardio does not hurt/aggravate the condition, then do some light cardio to keep elevate your heart rate 3-5 times a week, keep the blood flowing, etc. You do what is best for you and your health bro, don't worry about the rest!

No worries Bro... FINAFLEX has got your Back (All pun intended)

  12. Thanks Doc, I appreciate the advice bro. I will be putting my LOGs on pause for now gentlemen. The pain is still pretty bad today, but hopefully next week I can resume normal activity. I will keep nutrition updated and any details I feel need to be included in the LOG.

Yah I am hoping that this clears up quick but if it is a deep tear then it might take a couple weeks I guess...so many little things can go wrong back there, I had so many issues in the early days but my body adjusted and well, I ended up with other problems lol deep tissue massage with a physio was the ultimate answer for me...

Deep Tissue massage is at the top of my therapeutical list for musculoskeletal injuries, can almost never hurt (well cause injury, because sometimes the best massages are the painful ones) and can almost always help (might hurt during the process, but I'll be Damned if you don't feel like a new man when it is over)!!!

  15. I agree with Al, or a foam roller you can get one at walmart for like 12 bucks. Use the muscle relaxers and if pain killers are involved double your water too. Go see a chiro if you can. If a dislocated rib in you back it can be killer, and fixed easily by a good chiro.

Yah I was literally bruised but I always feel better in the long run...it's gold for scar tissue and older nagging injuries...

TRUE-DAT Chris... a subluxated/misaligned rib-head in the back can be excruciating pain and out of all the Chiropractic adjustments it is the most miraculous. What I mean by that is the pressure it puts on the nerves in that Thoracic region can be so painful with any and every upper-body movement including just taking a deep breath, and the adjustment is a tiny bit more painful than the others, but it is like "CRACK" and a tiny "Ouch" and suddenly the crippled man who could not walk, stands and walks away! Seriously, if it is a rib-head it may still be kind of sore in that area following the adjustment, but all the painful movements and pain during a deep inhalation miraculously GONE!!!!

Again... totally agreeing here! Scar tissue is like a silent killer, hard to know that it is there, just progressively and naggingly gets worse and worse, and it is not the most pleasant experience to have that all broken up by a deep-tissue massage, but the benefits and what you get from it in the long run... PRICELESS!!!

  20. WTH bro who makes this?? I need something like that. I can take a bottle of benadryll and still stare at the celing.

Half a scoop will definitely relax you within an hour even faster depending on whether or not you have food in your stomach. The morning after G8 you may experience some grogginess but that will subside with use. This morning I felt like I was a bit tipsy, but after that wore off I felt amazing. G8 makes you ultra-motivated, more outgoing, makes me want to talk to everybody and tell stories lol, and like I said makes the intolerable...well tolerable. It's really us a spectacular product...well worth the cost.

As for using in cycle. Doc says it's a go and with him being an extremely knowledgeable rep then I can't disagree. IMO the properties of G8 and it's effect can only make a PH cycle even better. It's going to be a sad day for me when my scoop hits the plastic at the bottom of my tub.

  23. Ok Im back and ready for action...Well some cardio at least. Im planning on doing cardio two times a day for 35 minutes, nothing strenuous just a moderate pace. Im feeling about 95%, but I don't want to push it and re-injure myself. Im am continuing my cycle of Transaderm, Epi-V and PCT Black as of today. I am ready to hit the weights bad, I compare it to dressing for the big game, having to sit on the side lines doing my cardio while everybody else is tossing iron. Having not taken any supplements for a week really intensified the effect of everything today...making my head spin at some points through the day.

  25. Already I am seeing the awesome power of Epi-V work its magic. As I said earlier I had to take a week off of my cycle to make room for all the pain meds, so being back on is helping greatly with some of the skin chub I acquired during my week off. My arms have cut back down greatly, and already im starting to see veins under the surface of my abdomen (not protruding from the skin, but making hints of their appearance).
