    Well i'm glad you guys understand, There was a time i got up to REALLY heavy weights over the last winter (hit 246Lbs but a lot more BF) That's when i actually tried doing everything right because the weights started to make me nervous and i would stop trying as hard as before. I dropped weight (both lifting wise and body wise) FAST but i'm honestly thinking it was some muscle it was so quick i dropped like 20Lbs but in that time frame (3 months) i went back and changed the way i trained and all the exercises.

    Starting to get hardcore DOM'S in my entire legs/glutes. Calves are so sore i have to stand up slowly LOL, Not really a bad thing. Weight is up to 226.8Lbs (+8.2Lbs) Still looking leaner too which is awesome! Starting to see my serratus come in, when i hit a FDB and crunch my abs i see the lines coming from my rib cage to lats area. They look awesome, make me think i'm a transformer and they're exhaust vents. (haha imagination ftw)

    Anyways going to train back/bi's!

    I'm pretty stoked on my realization on working out. I think I was a suppaholic. And relied too much on just taking stuff. I can get in the zone with no preworkout. No caffeine. And I'm fuctioning fine lol. Most of my life I was cycling fat burners cause I was fat. Now I dropped um and feeling okay. Can't wait to add one in when the time comes to get shredded.

  16. Thanks! That's my goal each workout, to either do more reps or increase the weight

    Today i should get around 4500 without a problem too! Metabolism is DEFINITELY increased, food digests a lot quicker than week 1. Probably explains why I am getting leaner.

    OH I FORGOT! I got myself some wrist wraps today since my gym sells them, I only need them for pressing days (Chest/Shoulders/Tri's) I have super small bones (wrist is 6.5" LOL) They do not "help" lift the weight but they protect my wrists since i'm getting to some heavier weights again. This way i can focus 100% on my contractions and form.

    Oh it will believe me, I was surprised the difference it's making. It's a subtle change though nothing really drastic, i could only imagine how insane guys on test must feel :O but anyways EndoSurge looks like an awesome product man enjoy it!

  25. No the Versas don't exactly substitute for wraps but then again yes they do. They offer wrist support for pressing but in a different way than just compressing the wrist. I love my versas.

    However why are you using them? If you are having issues with holding the bar, you need to build wrist strength not create a handicap by using tools when not needed. I have tiny wrists too barely over 6 inches, smaller than a lot of women's. You should not need to have wrist wraps in the rep ranges you are working unless you have an actual injury. If you have pain in your wrists you should get it looked into. Otherwise using them so you don't have to concentrate on the wrists when you bench is going to create an imbalance. Even with small bones they should be able to handle over 300 lbs of pressing for reps without coming close to causing a stress fracture. Everything else is strength related or tendon related.

    Suggestion: barbell bench with out them, use ligher weight if need be until your barbell bench no longer requires concentration to keep your wrists in the correct position. Then use a machine or hammer strength with an open grip to really press the heavy stuff to completely tax the pecs.
