    Directions:

    Apply 10 Sprays to muscles being exercised 30 minutes prior to workout. Apply again immediately after workout. Always allow to dry 3-5 minutes after application.

    Initial thoughts:

    Don't really think i'd see increased Strength, Power and Endurance and increased targeted Delivery Of Nutrients To Muscles Cells Rather Than Fat Cells from a product with this kind of formula. The formula also appears underdosed...but I do feel it working. I just expected to have more than 1000g of actives in 20 pumps.

    These are not meant to be negative by any means...just something that sticks out in my mind. I will give a very honest and fair review at the end of this log which will run 24 days of lifting.

  3. FINAL REVIEW

    Here's my final review of the product based on LG's NO Infuse Highlights (see above)

    * May Produce BIGGER, Fuller Muscles

    Absolutely! I will say I always looked super pumped and full when using this product.

    * May Increase Vascularity and Blood Flow

    My veins definitely came to the surface in areas I hadn't seen them before.

    * May increase Site Specific Pumps

    Using this along with a carb meal 1 hour preworkout gave me sick pumps. Def helped with mind muscle connection.


    * May Increase Strength, Power and Endurance


    I can't say I really noticed an increase in strength, power, and endurance.

    * May increase targeted Delivery Of Nutrients To Muscles Cells Rather Than Fat Cells


    I find this hard to judge. Maybe it did and maybe it didn't.

    * May Provide Speedier Recovery From Exercise


    I think using the product post workout will definitely provide for a speedier recovery. I did this for a while and then switch to an all preworkout dose, simply because I wanted skin splitting pumps preworkout!

    That is definitely one of the worst I have ever seen. I will say I should have got video of some squats that used to go on at the last gym I was at... epic fail does not even approach what went down on the regular.

  19. Good news! Got my NO Infuse today! Sprayed 5 pumps on each quad for a total of 10 pumps as directed. Already feel my quads getting warm.....

  20. Just got done lifting...applied before and after on my quads. 20 sprays total with 10 sprays on each quad.....5 before and 5 after.

    Front squats - 135x15, x15, x15, x12
    BB Hack squats - 135x10, x10, x10, x10
    One legged raises - 60x15, x15, 75x15, x15

    Seated Calf Raise - 90x20, x15, x15, x15
    Rotary Calf - 225x20, x20, x20

    Was going to do 30min of cardio but just wasn't feeling it so I bounced

  21. Aight so today's workout was weak....mainly because I got two new tattoos down the back sides of my arms. Hard to do back/bi when you have an open wound and bandages all over your arms! But I did spray my lats with the infuse and got what part of my biceps we uncovered. Took everything off after my workout and sprayed two pumps on each bicep and three pumps on each lat.

    Tomorrow is an off day and will prolly just do some fasted cardio in the AM..or PM depending on when I wake up

  26. Forgot to comment on my training.....

    I do two days on, one day off and usually rotates like this....

    sun - quads/calves
    mon - back/bi
    tues - off
    wed - chest/calves (ab class on wed)
    thurs - tri's/hams
    fri - off
    sat - shoulders/traps
    sun - quad/calves
    mon - off
    etc

    I do diff training for each rotation (1 rotation is starting with quads and coming back around to that group again).

    1 rotation volume
    1 rotation supersets
    1 rotation volume
    1 rotation heavy

    sometimes i'll do two superset rotations and one volume and sometimes i'll throw in two rotations of heavy. Just depends on how my body is feeling.

  28. Tell you what guys....this NO infuse is the real deal. I was pumped as F!ck tonight! Like literally after the second set i was feeling full and hard. Crazy! It's a volume rotation right now so that's what I did!

    BB Bench Press - 135x20, 225x13, 225x14, 225x11, 135x12
    DB Incline Fly - 40x12, x15, x12, x12 (normally i would have had more reps here...too pumped!!)
    BB Decline Press - 135x20, 225x6, 185x8 drop to 135x8

    Rotary Calf Press - 275x20, x20, x20
    Seated Calf Raise - 90x20, x20, x20

    30 min elliptical

    10 sprays preWO, 10 sprays postWO

  29. Alright so I can't fully apply the NO on my tri's yet...my tattoo is still healing and i didn't want to spray this stuff into what's considered to be an open wound. I did however manage to spray on half of the tri and def had a real solid pump. Sprayed on my hams as well and didn't notice much of an extra pump...but i did notice some fatigue set in early.

    Numbers as follows...

    AM Cardio - 30 min elliptical

    Overhead BB Lunges - 65x15, 85x15, x15, 65x15
    Standing Skull Crushers - 60x18, x16, x15, x12
    Seated Leg Curl - 90x20, 110x20, x15, x15
    Rope Pull downs - L6x20, x15, x12, x10
    Lying Leg Curl - 100x20, x20, x20
    CGBP - 95x15, x15, x15

    15min incline treadmill....12.0 incline 4.0 mph
