Directions:

Apply 10 Sprays to muscles being exercised 30 minutes prior to workout. Apply again immediately after workout. Always allow to dry 3-5 minutes after application.

Initial thoughts:

Don't really think i'd see increased Strength, Power and Endurance and increased targeted Delivery Of Nutrients To Muscles Cells Rather Than Fat Cells from a product with this kind of formula. The formula also appears underdosed...but I do feel it working. I just expected to have more than 1000g of actives in 20 pumps.

These are not meant to be negative by any means...just something that sticks out in my mind. I will give a very honest and fair review at the end of this log which will run 24 days of lifting.

FINAL REVIEW

Here's my final review of the product based on LG's NO Infuse Highlights (see above)

* May Produce BIGGER, Fuller Muscles

Absolutely! I will say I always looked super pumped and full when using this product.

* May Increase Vascularity and Blood Flow

My veins definitely came to the surface in areas I hadn't seen them before.

* May increase Site Specific Pumps

Using this along with a carb meal 1 hour preworkout gave me sick pumps. Def helped with mind muscle connection.


* May Increase Strength, Power and Endurance


I can't say I really noticed an increase in strength, power, and endurance.

* May increase targeted Delivery Of Nutrients To Muscles Cells Rather Than Fat Cells


I find this hard to judge. Maybe it did and maybe it didn't.

* May Provide Speedier Recovery From Exercise


I think using the product post workout will definitely provide for a speedier recovery. I did this for a while and then switch to an all preworkout dose, simply because I wanted skin splitting pumps preworkout!

I know this is totally unrelated...but i saw this in the gym the other day and caught it on video..

YouTube- Worst Seated Row of The Year Award
That is definitely one of the worst I have ever seen. I will say I should have got video of some squats that used to go on at the last gym I was at... epic fail does not even approach what went down on the regular.

Do yourself a favor and spray the sh1t outa yourself on applied areas, in front of a mirror. You will literally see the veins start to pop in seconds.

Good news! Got my NO Infuse today! Sprayed 5 pumps on each quad for a total of 10 pumps as directed. Already feel my quads getting warm.....

Just got done lifting...applied before and after on my quads. 20 sprays total with 10 sprays on each quad.....5 before and 5 after.

Front squats - 135x15, x15, x15, x12
BB Hack squats - 135x10, x10, x10, x10
One legged raises - 60x15, x15, 75x15, x15

Seated Calf Raise - 90x20, x15, x15, x15
Rotary Calf - 225x20, x20, x20

Was going to do 30min of cardio but just wasn't feeling it so I bounced

Aight so today's workout was weak....mainly because I got two new tattoos down the back sides of my arms. Hard to do back/bi when you have an open wound and bandages all over your arms! But I did spray my lats with the infuse and got what part of my biceps we uncovered. Took everything off after my workout and sprayed two pumps on each bicep and three pumps on each lat.

Tomorrow is an off day and will prolly just do some fasted cardio in the AM..or PM depending on when I wake up :)

Forgot to comment on my training.....

I do two days on, one day off and usually rotates like this....

sun - quads/calves
mon - back/bi
tues - off
wed - chest/calves (ab class on wed)
thurs - tri's/hams
fri - off
sat - shoulders/traps
sun - quad/calves
mon - off
etc

I do diff training for each rotation (1 rotation is starting with quads and coming back around to that group again).

1 rotation volume
1 rotation supersets
1 rotation volume
1 rotation heavy

sometimes i'll do two superset rotations and one volume and sometimes i'll throw in two rotations of heavy. Just depends on how my body is feeling.

Tell you what guys....this NO infuse is the real deal. I was pumped as F!ck tonight! Like literally after the second set i was feeling full and hard. Crazy! It's a volume rotation right now so that's what I did!

BB Bench Press - 135x20, 225x13, 225x14, 225x11, 135x12
DB Incline Fly - 40x12, x15, x12, x12 (normally i would have had more reps here...too pumped!!)
BB Decline Press - 135x20, 225x6, 185x8 drop to 135x8

Rotary Calf Press - 275x20, x20, x20
Seated Calf Raise - 90x20, x20, x20

30 min elliptical

10 sprays preWO, 10 sprays postWO

Alright so I can't fully apply the NO on my tri's yet...my tattoo is still healing and i didn't want to spray this stuff into what's considered to be an open wound. I did however manage to spray on half of the tri and def had a real solid pump. Sprayed on my hams as well and didn't notice much of an extra pump...but i did notice some fatigue set in early.

Numbers as follows...

AM Cardio - 30 min elliptical

Overhead BB Lunges - 65x15, 85x15, x15, 65x15
Standing Skull Crushers - 60x18, x16, x15, x12
Seated Leg Curl - 90x20, 110x20, x15, x15
Rope Pull downs - L6x20, x15, x12, x10
Lying Leg Curl - 100x20, x20, x20
CGBP - 95x15, x15, x15

15min incline treadmill....12.0 incline 4.0 mph

Had a really good shoulder session tonight. Still with the volume....this stuff really made the big vein i have that pops in each shoulder stand out like a mofo! Definitely had solid pumps and shoulders were looking broad by the time i was done.

AM 30 min elliptical

Nice workout! I had a damn good pump yesterday first time I used mine. We will see how I do tomorrow, I am gonna be able to push it more.

Had a sick workout tonight!

Superset 1:

One Legged Leg Extensions - 90x12, 120x12, x12, x12
Rotary Calf Press - 275x12, 300x12, x12, x12

Superset 2:

Leg Press (sled) - 3pps x12, 4pps x12, 5pps x12
Box Jumps - x12, x10, x10

(not sure of box jump height...was making my new roommate try them out so I didn't go as high as I normally would...still kicked ass though!)

Triset

BB Squats - 135x12, 245x12, 225x12, x10, 205x8
Seated Leg Press - 90x12, x12, x12 (stopped here calves started to cramp)
Box Jumps - x10, x10, x10, x10, x10

15 min cardio on bike

sprayed 10 pumps on quads before and after lifting. Definitely noticed my veins rocking out after the postworkout spray....it was crazy...gotta love it!

Dude someone told me that I looked like i just got out of the pool. It was a really tough workout...that first superset fried my forearms and make everything else almost impossible. But all in all it was good.

Had a really solid lift tonight....don't really recall much of the numbers cause i was in the zone. The NO infuse had me looking really pumped and swollen...very nice :)

Thanks man!

Yesterday was an off day...but i went to the gym anyways to show a friend of mine how to properly use kettlebells. So in my mind it's more of a cardio/core workout and might be something I start going to do on my off days for about 30 mins.

Tonight will probably be shoulders/traps or hams/triceps...haven't decided yet.

30 Min AM Cardio

Superset 1:
HS Shoulder press - 45ps x12, 45+25ps x12, 2pps x12, x12 (shoulder felt really good here!)
DB Shrugs - 80x12 for four sets

Superset 2:
Reverse Fly Machine - 90x12, 105x, 120x12, 135x12
45lb plate raises - 4 sets of 12

Superset 3:
BB Shrug - 135x12, 185x12, 225x12, x12
DB Laterals - 30x12 for 4 sets

20 mins elliptical
10 mins kettlebell work

Done. Starting to notice some veins that i've never seen before in my shoulders and the two main ones that were already there are looking much bigger :)

Okay so tonight's lift sucked....just wasn't really into it. Not even gonna bother posting up the numbers. Tomorrow is an off day and I think i'm going to sleep in and just pass on doing any cardio. I'll cut my calories to make up for it.
