Superset 2:
Leg Press (sled) - 3pps x12, 4pps x12, 5pps x12
Box Jumps - x12, x10, x10
(not sure of box jump height...was making my new roommate try them out so I didn't go as high as I normally would...still kicked ass though!)
Triset
BB Squats - 135x12, 245x12, 225x12, x10, 205x8
Seated Leg Press - 90x12, x12, x12 (stopped here calves started to cramp)
Box Jumps - x10, x10, x10, x10, x10
15 min cardio on bike
sprayed 10 pumps on quads before and after lifting. Definitely noticed my veins rocking out after the postworkout spray....it was crazy...gotta love it!
