Had legs today....here's how it went down

10 sprays of NO infuse pre and post

Squats - 135x8, 185x8, 225x8, 275x8, 315x6, 225x6
Seated Calf Raise - 135x8, 180x8, x8, x8
Leg Extensions - 190x8, 210x8, 225x8, 270x8
Walking on tippy toes with DBs, 90s in each hand, four sets to fail
Hack Squat machine - 1pps x8, 2pps x8, 3pps x8

30 mins on the bike

Sunday i ended up having a pretty solid back workout...but don't really remember what i did besides lift heavy lol. It was the 4th of July and I was just trying to get in and out.

Today was chest....forgot to dose my NO Infuse today...so i just did 20 sprays post workout. Here's how my lift went...

Flat DB Press - 80x8, 90x8, 100x8, 110x5
Flat DB Flyes - 60x8, 70x8, 70x6, 70x8
Plate loaded 45 degree calf press - 2pps x8, 3pps x8, x8, x8 (all reps done nice and slow)
HS Decline Press - 2pps x8, 2pps + 25 x8, x8, 2pps x8
Standing Calf Raises - 295x8, 275x8, x8, x8

30 mins Incline treadmill at incline 15, speed varying between 3.5-3.8

Looking good in here and not just the pics. I have noticed that this stuff does help me with my sore joints too it is like putting it on is a pre warm up getting blood to the area before even getting to the gym. Do you notice your skin change color a bit, like a little red? I do then my veins start popping more. I like that. I love vascularity. Unfortunately my wife is not real big on it. Told me I was not allowed to hang out in the under 6% range. I am TOO VEINY!!! HAH!!!!! To me that is one of the best parts of being lean. I have some veins in my obliques that look KILLAH when I am lean.

Thanks brother. Yeah I too notice that my skin turns a pinkish coloration. After my first couple of working sets i see a few veins start to pop out. Speaking of which...today is the day i notice the veins the most. When I do shoulders and traps...the veins pop out much more (i think a close runner up would be my quads).

I've never been 6% that's just ridiculous. Never seen my abs but hoping to at some point....on a cut now and am down 30lbs so far. Want to drop another 10 to see where i'm at. I would guess i'm between 12-15%. My obliques pop and a chick i was dating told me she could start to see the general outline of my abs....just nothing in the middle yet. Rib cage is starting to come in as well. Just gonna take time,patience, and dedication.

(first time i've done these in probably over a year and my shoulder didn't really hurt when i did it. F'ed up my rotator cuff well over 6 months ago and am now just getting back into shoulder presses).

DB Shrug - 100x8, 110x8, 120x7, x7
Seated Rear Delt Raise - 30x8, 35x8, 40x8, 35x8
BB Shrug - 225x8, 275x8, 315x7, x7
DB Laterals - 30x8, 35x8, 40x8, 35x8

Front Delt Raise - 25x8 for 3 sets

10-15 min kettlebell work
10 min stairstepper (didn't want to push the cardio i'm doing legs tomorrow)

I really noticed my veins popping out of my quads during the kettlebell swings. Good ****! Gonna do back/bi tonight. Will post up the workout after that.

Last Night's lift was solid....great pumps all around. I can really feel my mind muscle connection improving with NO Infuse. Also weighed in at 202 today, lightest i've been on my cut this far.

30 min AM Cardio

BB Rows - 95x20, 135x15, 155x15
BB Underhand Rows - 155x15, 135x15, 135x12
One Arm Seated Rows - L6x15 for four sets
Lat Pulldowns - L8x15, L10x12, L9x10

Tried to do some pullups after that but my back was smoked, forearms were pumped, got in a couple but that was about it

DB Curls - 25x15 for 3 sets
Pinwheel Curls - 25x15, x15, x12
Reverse Curls - 40x15, x15, x15

Various Ab Work for 15 min
Kettlebell work for 10 min

Yesterday was an off day

Today was hams and tri's....def killed it! Woke up today at 200 and finally reached my goal. Now it's time to see how much lighter I can get on my cut. Still focusing on volume here's how it went down..

SLDL - 135x20, 185x15, x14, x12 (this killed, i haven't done SLDLs in probably a year!)
BB Lunges - 135x15, x14, x12, x10 (haven't done this in ages either!)
Seated Leg Curl - 90x20, 110x20, 130x15

CGBP - 135x15, x15, x14, x12
Skullcrushers - 80x15, x12, x12, x8
Vbar pushdowns - don't really remember the weight but did each set to failure...probably 4-5 sets of 10 or more.

Did all my NO Infuse PWO since I forgot to spray preWO!

LOL. Glad to have you along ed. I will say there are three ways you can dose this...20 sprays preWO, 10 sprays pre and 10 sprays post, or 20 sprays post. You'll just have to try it out and see what works best. Recently i've been doing 10 sprays pre and 10 sprays post, but i'm thinking of switching it up to 20 sprays PreWO. Especially since today is shoulders and I love it when my shoulders look pumped as f!ck.

Thanks man...i'm not really strength training right now or anything...just trying to have really intense workouts on this cut of mine.

I usually get home from work at 5:00 or 5:15pm so i just apply it after i get changed into my gym clothes and let it dry for about 3-5 min.

I'm starting to feel like the best way to do it is as follows...

20 sprays PreWO = crazy pumps in gym
20 sprays PostWO = staying full after lifting (as for duration I feel that is independent to the individual - based on diet, genes, and training)

20 sprays is two servings. 48 servings in a bottle. So it'll last you 24 sessions.

Sounds impressive. How do u compare to other NO products u have tried, personally I'm a bot of a non responded and never really been able to tell the difference but from what u and Kleen are saying this sounds very impressive

It's just a targeted NO Product...I feel like there aren't any others like it so it'd be comparing apples to oranges

Yeah it's strange. After a lot of facebook chatting she decided I wasn't a creeper and gave me her number...at which point I asked her to hang out and she said she was down. Her facebook clearly says she has a bf but she hasn't mentioned it once - and it's a distance relationship :)

Even if nothing good comes from it now....you never know what might happen later. Nothing wrong with having a super hot chick with an awesome personality be your friend. She could have friends too :)

I have gone out with girls that claim to have a boyfriend via facebook. I was told that girls do that purposely so guys wont creep on them on facebook. Even if she has a boyfriend its long distance which prob means one thing........
I guess I'll just have to feel it out. I mean I always like to try to at least get a kiss at a bare minimum at the end of the night. But if she really has a boyfriend and she does do that...that's basically proving to me she can't remain faithful. Bloody hell. How do I get myself into these situations? Any advice with how I should proceed tonight is welcomed.

Take her some place public.You can always take a walk for ice cream or something a little more intimant as the night progresses. I used to do the while mini golf thing or just casual drinks to feel the girl out and then take it from there. Never failed.

Yeah we are happy hour hoping. Starting off at one for some wine and then going to another that has a dance contest and cornhole/bags on the patio.

*for the JR I do 1, reset, 2, reset, 3, reset, and so on until I reach 40. After doing that 10 times i'll switch to abs for 3-5 mins and then go back to JR.

Just had a sick pump tonight....my shoulders looked swole. I had never seen them look that big. Gonna do an arm day tomorrow. Haven't done an arm day in ages and don't feel like taking a day off. Gonna kill it tomorrow and sat and then take a week off from lifting.

Don't worry I will still do my AM cardio/abs but i'm taking a break from everything else.

Thanks man! She flaked! So no worries and I did find out she is pretty into her bf so it's whatever. All I gotta say is NEXTTTTTTT. hahaha. She does want to hang out at some point though so now it's time for me to play hard to get :)

Yeah man so far i've only done a few cycles but each time i've had elevated libido. Looking forward to epi/tren so I don't walk around with a raging hard-on at all times lol

My libido is always pretty high but on Epi its insane. I haven't run Tren yet but that will be a part of my next cycle. I am taking it back to the pins!!!

You're crazy! I have enough DS to last me for the next 5 years....although I have been contemplating a Dbol or var cycle (or stacked) in the future. I don't want to pin...so I might use dermacrine for the test base. But this wouldn't be for a good while. After my epi/tren i'm going to run hdrol/eq. I am in the same boat I have enough PH's to last me for years but I am still bringing it back to the pins. I am going to be running test cyp as my base. Im not going to let the cat out of the bag as to what else I am going to run yet but its going to be a good time.
