  5. Had a really good shoulder session tonight. Still with the volume....this stuff really made the big vein i have that pops in each shoulder stand out like a mofo! Definitely had solid pumps and shoulders were looking broad by the time i was done.

    Superset 1:

    One Legged Leg Extensions - 90x12, 120x12, x12, x12
    Rotary Calf Press - 275x12, 300x12, x12, x12

    Superset 2:

    Leg Press (sled) - 3pps x12, 4pps x12, 5pps x12
    Box Jumps - x12, x10, x10

    (not sure of box jump height...was making my new roommate try them out so I didn't go as high as I normally would...still kicked ass though!)

    Triset

    BB Squats - 135x12, 245x12, 225x12, x10, 205x8
    Seated Leg Press - 90x12, x12, x12 (stopped here calves started to cramp)
    Box Jumps - x10, x10, x10, x10, x10

    15 min cardio on bike

    sprayed 10 pumps on quads before and after lifting. Definitely noticed my veins rocking out after the postworkout spray....it was crazy...gotta love it!

    Deadlifts - 135x20, 225x12, 245x12, 275x12, 185x12
    45lb plate curl - x12 for 4 sets

    Superset 2
    Smith Rows - 135x12 for 4 sets
    db curls - 30x10, 25x12, x12, x12

    Superset 3
    HS High Row - 2pps x12, x12, 2pps + 25ps x8 drop to 2pps x8
    EZ Bar Negatives - 50x12 for 3 sets

    Did kettlebell work for about 10 mins after this

    10mins elliptical
    15mins stairstepper

    All this done in an hour and fifteen mins

    Dude someone told me that I looked like i just got out of the pool. It was a really tough workout...that first superset fried my forearms and make everything else almost impossible. But all in all it was good.

  12. Had a really solid lift tonight....don't really recall much of the numbers cause i was in the zone. The NO infuse had me looking really pumped and swollen...very nice

    Yesterday was an off day...but i went to the gym anyways to show a friend of mine how to properly use kettlebells. So in my mind it's more of a cardio/core workout and might be something I start going to do on my off days for about 30 mins.

    Tonight will probably be shoulders/traps or hams/triceps...haven't decided yet.

    Reverse Fly Machine - 90x12, 105x, 120x12, 135x12
    45lb plate raises - 4 sets of 12

    Superset 3:
    BB Shrug - 135x12, 185x12, 225x12, x12
    DB Laterals - 30x12 for 4 sets

    20 mins elliptical
    10 mins kettlebell work

    Done. Starting to notice some veins that i've never seen before in my shoulders and the two main ones that were already there are looking much bigger

  20. Okay so tonight's lift sucked....just wasn't really into it. Not even gonna bother posting up the numbers. Tomorrow is an off day and I think i'm going to sleep in and just pass on doing any cardio. I'll cut my calories to make up for it.

  23. Sunday i ended up having a pretty solid back workout...but don't really remember what i did besides lift heavy lol. It was the 4th of July and I was just trying to get in and out.

    Today was chest....forgot to dose my NO Infuse today...so i just did 20 sprays post workout. Here's how my lift went...

    Flat DB Press - 80x8, 90x8, 100x8, 110x5
    Flat DB Flyes - 60x8, 70x8, 70x6, 70x8
    Plate loaded 45 degree calf press - 2pps x8, 3pps x8, x8, x8 (all reps done nice and slow)
    HS Decline Press - 2pps x8, 2pps + 25 x8, x8, 2pps x8
    Standing Calf Raises - 295x8, 275x8, x8, x8

    30 mins Incline treadmill at incline 15, speed varying between 3.5-3.8

  25. Looking good in here and not just the pics. I have noticed that this stuff does help me with my sore joints too it is like putting it on is a pre warm up getting blood to the area before even getting to the gym. Do you notice your skin change color a bit, like a little red? I do then my veins start popping more. I like that. I love vascularity. Unfortunately my wife is not real big on it. Told me I was not allowed to hang out in the under 6% range. I am TOO VEINY!!! HAH!!!!! To me that is one of the best parts of being lean. I have some veins in my obliques that look KILLAH when I am lean.

    Thanks brother. Yeah I too notice that my skin turns a pinkish coloration. After my first couple of working sets i see a few veins start to pop out. Speaking of which...today is the day i notice the veins the most. When I do shoulders and traps...the veins pop out much more (i think a close runner up would be my quads).

    I've never been 6% that's just ridiculous. Never seen my abs but hoping to at some point....on a cut now and am down 30lbs so far. Want to drop another 10 to see where i'm at. I would guess i'm between 12-15%. My obliques pop and a chick i was dating told me she could start to see the general outline of my abs....just nothing in the middle yet. Rib cage is starting to come in as well. Just gonna take time,patience, and dedication.

    (first time i've done these in probably over a year and my shoulder didn't really hurt when i did it. F'ed up my rotator cuff well over 6 months ago and am now just getting back into shoulder presses).

    Seated Rear Delt Raise - 30x8, 35x8, 40x8, 35x8
    BB Shrug - 225x8, 275x8, 315x7, x7
    DB Laterals - 30x8, 35x8, 40x8, 35x8

    Superset
    Reverse Flys - 135x8, 150x8, x8
    Front Delt Raise - 25x8 for 3 sets

    10-15 min kettlebell work
    10 min stairstepper (didn't want to push the cardio i'm doing legs tomorrow)

  27. Had a pretty solid leg workout on sat. 10 sprays of NO infuse pre and post.

    (done quickly with 30sec breaks between sets)

    10 mins kettlebell work

    I really noticed my veins popping out of my quads during the kettlebell swings. Good ****! Gonna do back/bi tonight. Will post up the workout after that.

  28. Last Night's lift was solid....great pumps all around. I can really feel my mind muscle connection improving with NO Infuse. Also weighed in at 202 today, lightest i've been on my cut this far.

    30 min AM Cardio

    BB Rows - 95x20, 135x15, 155x15
    BB Underhand Rows - 155x15, 135x15, 135x12
    One Arm Seated Rows - L6x15 for four sets
    Lat Pulldowns - L8x15, L10x12, L9x10

    Tried to do some pullups after that but my back was smoked, forearms were pumped, got in a couple but that was about it

    DB Curls - 25x15 for 3 sets
    Pinwheel Curls - 25x15, x15, x12
    Reverse Curls - 40x15, x15, x15

    Various Ab Work for 15 min
    Kettlebell work for 10 min

  30. Yesterday was an off day

    Today was hams and tri's....def killed it! Woke up today at 200 and finally reached my goal. Now it's time to see how much lighter I can get on my cut. Still focusing on volume here's how it went down..

    SLDL - 135x20, 185x15, x14, x12 (this killed, i haven't done SLDLs in probably a year!)
    BB Lunges - 135x15, x14, x12, x10 (haven't done this in ages either!)
    Seated Leg Curl - 90x20, 110x20, 130x15

    CGBP - 135x15, x15, x14, x12
    Skullcrushers - 80x15, x12, x12, x8
    Vbar pushdowns - don't really remember the weight but did each set to failure...probably 4-5 sets of 10 or more.

    Did all my NO Infuse PWO since I forgot to spray preWO!
