    yep, I'm almost 2lbs when weighted in the morning, tonight I weight myself and came in at 197lbs, big difference from morning to night.

    yup, got that sir... thanks for the additional info!

    I think with my calorie surplus it would be had not to gain weight but the good news is that I'm down 1.5% in bf, so i'm put on lbm, the good weight!

    Narrative:
    Its the end of the first week and I'm up about 2.5 lbs, not bad at all considering that my bf has dropped by 1 point as well, so far i'm happy with the results of this cycle.

    I'm starting to see body composition changes and strength is picking up as well, I'd like to feel strength move up so that I can lift higher weigh but I think I will arrive soon and I should make new PR's on almost all of my lifts.

    My workout was great I had some really good pumps today, at one point i started to do drop sets with the v bar push downs and holding my arms stretched after my sets... I got a really good burn on my arms this way

    Tomorrow i will take the kids to the water parks and skip my workout, I'll resume on Monday morning with back and biceps followed by legs on Tuesday (that should be my best w/o so far)

    I believe you will see substantial changes in strength and endurance shortly buddy.weeks 2-4 are pretty awesome in my experience. i always felt really full, even in the morning when i usually feel the flatest.

    bro, this tendonitis is still present.. this pesky thing does not want to go away, when I use DB i can really feel my right arm is weaker than my right by a large margin, I wish it would go away completely

    Narrative:
    This was an unplanned off day but the weather so nice i thought on enjoying the outdoors with the kids and rest a bit to be ready to kit the gym in this upcoming week. I was able to maintain my diet well over this weekend, still need to improve on the good fats but I will get there!

    I was sporting 2 new lbs of muscle at the water park but I'm sure nobody noticed! But overall mood has been uplifted in this past week, feeling pretty good about this product indeed.

    Wow, big jump on weight while maintaining the same bf% thats impressive and I'm very happy to see this... strength has been moving up nicely as well if it only I didn't have a bad right arm that still bothers me todays workout out would have been super. I had to back off initially b/c of the arm but towards the end the strength took over the pain and I did more reps.

    About weight jump, I cant explain why but I've noticed when ever i do cardio it really shows in the scale the following day in a nice way, usually weight up bf% down... I did cardio last night and got this big jump today, I to watch my cardio more closely.

    Thats all for today, I'll give the arm a rest and doing legs tomorrow

    Yep, just had a damn cold. Caught it from the girlfriend and kids. I just started, not too far into it. All good now and I put all my weight back on, so now I'm gettin the ball rollin'! My strength has gone up pretty nicely. Maybe I should hijack your thread with my own log. Jk, but I'm glad your cycles going so well!

    here's my quick update for today, I made to the gym at my usual time 5am, did worked out legs and had a great time working out, I was sweating a lot from the beginning... anyhow, I did not have a chance to make my usual update at work during lunch b/c i did not bring my lunch box and went out, later i got home late with lots of things to do, tomorrow is my off day and i will enter todays entry!

    thats great news, I'm happy to hear it... I know you guys waited a long time for this day, specially with events like these even under normal circumstances its always worrisome... I'm glad to see there was a very happy ending!

    How long was the delivery? did you cut the umbilical cord?

    Narrative:
    Got up early as usual and checked my weight, happy to see my new max weigh has held over the past 2 days, but it may not stick my diet was ****ty today, I did not pack lunch and ended up grabbing a subway sandwich that keep me full through the nigh, I even skipped dinner and only had a protein drink.

    workout was great though, I made a change on my routine by doing leg extensions first as a warm up before going in to do the heavy lifts and I like it very much, when it was time to do squats I did hack squats instead and did an extra set with max weight, now I know i can go heavier next time, the best part and the highlight of this workout came during leg presses i did an extra set using the max weight again for a total of 30 reps with 2 plates, i was pumped after that

    When it was time to do my next exercise lying leg curl the machine i used was taken so i used a different one I ended up pulling my right leg hamstring, it did not hurt bad at the time but then it bother me all day, I already have a bad arm I sure don't need a bad leg on top of that

    Body composition: noticing changes here
    Increased vascularity: no vascularity increase yet!
    Increased strength: my strength is noticeably up
    Mood-enhancing effect: Mood has been uplifted
    Overall hardening effect to physique: no signs here yet

    this one should pass by much quicker gaging from how I'm felling today, the good part (if there's such thing) I was not handling heavy weights when I pulled it I was just going for extra reps!

    Narrative:
    My weight dropped as expected from my crappy diet and the fact I skipped diner, today I brought my lunch will try to keep my diet clean just the way I like it.

    My leg is feeling better, I don't notice much pain when walking which is good, yesterday 3 hours after my workout was limping a bit so i could avoid putting more pressure on it.

    Tomorrow I'll be doing shoulders and traps then followed by chest and tris on Friday, its looking like I will go camping this Friday and return on Sunday, I will get my workout done on Friday morning before heading out then eat lots of good food and return to the gym Monday morning. I will be w/o internet connection for that time being!

    Same updates below this point still apply!

    Body composition: noticing changes here

    Increased strength: my strength is noticeably up
