As you using E-Form as part of a PCT, or just to suppress excessive estrogen generated from your natty stack?

I'm anxious to watch this one unfold DW!!!

And I agree with the love for Formestane. Too bad it's so hard to find these days. I'm running low too.

I've got to find some more soon....

  9. Okay day 2 and nothing to report so far except that Phyto-Test seems to have a mild energy boost to it, I wasn't expecting that. I only did cardio yesterday and am anxious to see what Jacked/Supersap/Phyto is going to feel tonight when I do chest and back.

Anyway as I said I am starting out high reps so endurence will be key. I will still try and be very agressive in weight increases but will keep sets between 12 and 15 reps.

  10. DW, you run Form year round then? Do you pulse it on weight lifting dats only? I too am 50 and was wondering if I could use an AI year round.

That's right I use 100mg on workout days. I believe you can run it year round for the most part but you may want to take some breaks. You should run a reasonably low dose and only 3 times a week. This idea came about when Dsade was looking into an oral formestane product, that would be used similarly.

  12. Thanks DW. I really like the effect AIs have with us old guys and have been trying to run one for longer periods.

Pulsing E-form has been very effective for me, I have been able to maintain the libido enhancement over months of use. I do believe it plays a role in my ability to make gains like a younger person.

  14. Well back at the gym last night after a scheduled week off. I have to say it went pretty well. It's much to early to be feeling any Prime effects, I of course got my usual energy boost from Jacked and Supersap and I do believe Phyto-test does have some influence in this department as well.

    25 degree Incline bb press 4 X 195 X 12 reps
    Decline db flies 4 X 65 X 12 reps

    Extended pulldowns ss 4 X 90 X 12
    wide lat pulldowns 4 X 180 X 12
    Rev grip Bent over rows 4 X 155 X 12

Not bad for a first day back, the shoulder continues to be an issue. I don't know when I can lift heavy again. I am doing all I can to rehab it but it seems to have ceased getting better.
Unremarkable is no way to go through life... Doug

  15. What sort of rehab are you doing?
Also, if you have to lighten the load, just focus more on the eccentric portion in a slower manner to get the muscle confused. Type II Muscle-Fiber Activation from this will induce great gains; I've used when my shoulder(s) act up.

That's what I have been doing.. then when I try to go up in weight, it just doesn't seem to have improved much. It probably is slowly and I'm being careful. Doin all the exercises my chiro recommended. I think the problem is, is that it has been injured for a while then the big injury happened and now I am rehabbing years worth of abuse...

Hmm, well just stick with it.
I would suggest to go see a Sports Rehabilitation Specialist instead of a Chiropractor; you will benefit more, IMO.

Yah we have had some bad luck with sports rehab people, I strongly suspect they played a hand in ending my son's Football career. Left us sort of leary of them.

Yah I know... I was very interested in the prolotherapy... problem is it's hard to find someone local who practices it. Canada is so behind on this kind of thing.

I guess yours was more severe, I have been able to work it but not go heavy. It's been around 9 months.

I'm in the same boat, it'll either be a full year until I can dead lift anything, or dead lifts just may not be an option at all, forever, or bent over rows, but I've found some happiness in the incline bench BB rows.

Your Avi of Dwight freaks me out each time.

Maybe I should just stop whining...

It's Shoulders and Arms tonight looking forward to it ... high reps though

  25. Nice workout !! I was chewing up iron and spitting out nails. I had to increase weight on every exercise. I can't believe it but it seems that these supps have kicked in very early. Must be some wild synergy goin on here. Oh and libido... wow!!

Lets run it down ... it was like any other day at the gym. I started with military press and I am going high reps and have been nursing an injury so I did 135 only (wanted to start out conservitive) 15 reps later I was thinking that's way to light so I go 155 which is fairly reasonable weight considering my situation. 14 reps still a bit too easy I am really aiming for 12, I went up to 165 and finished two sets of 12. My shoulder got tired near the end or who knows how much I could have done. This is pretty respectable and got me by surprise.

Rear delt pec dec was strong, nothing really amazing.

Rope press down was intense I wasn't doing amazing weight gains here but the contraction I was getting was epic. I punished the tri's. The big surprise came with close grip bench. My tris were already feeling pretty cooked but I had all this fire and energy, I started out with 185 and crushed 14 reps. Wow then I put it up to 205 and did 12 good reps.

Last but not least straight bar preachers high reps with a drop. I started with 90 with a drop to 75. Too fuggin light I did 15 and 11. 100 and 85's just right 12 and 7. Here is where it gets a bit freaky, the next set was 13 and 7 yah I was gaining strength. I could not bend my arms hardly at all but you know I wasn't going to let that stop me by this time I'm in a frenzy the fire in my eyes. I finished with a grueling 12 and 7. I walked out of the gym a very pleased man.

  26. Killer day DW! Way to knock it out. I love them days where strength just keeps rising!

Yah that's one of the things that I get out of Prime the 3rd set is usually the best. I have only been on it for 5 days though, so I have to assume some synergy with Phyto and Supersap has kicked it in early... this is exciting

  28. There is nothing like the feeling of being dialed in. You attack each set, you aren't just getting thru the w/o. You finish feeling more energized than when you went in. Nice job DW!!
