    powerlifting meet

    Mood: Good all day

    Energy: Good till later in the day

    Strength: Decent(not good enough tho lol)

    Endurance: Not as great(granted weight meets make for a long ass day)

    Agression- Up

    Libido: Normal

    Nausea: none

    Hunger: Up

    Thoughts on the day: No school was good lol weight meet... maybe not so much haha

    Psarm Dosage: 5 total (2 am, 2 mid, 1 pm)

    Recovery: N/A

    Best part of the day: Winning the meet as a team


    Well it didnt go quite as good as it couldve... haha but it was ok, i ended up with sixth in my weight class(pantherdude63 got first by bout 50 lbs lol). I fd up a few times and cost myself a lil but other than that i just need to get down to the next weight class in order to be successful.

    My lifts were as follows:

    Squat: Opener- 380(got it) second attempt-400(fell forward but shoulda got it) last attempt-415(got about halfway up and it just wasnt there.)

    Bench: Opener- 255(very disappointing considerin i was gettin 295 this summer...) got it tho, second attempt-275( couldnt quite get it but they fd up and marked it as a good lift lol) last attempt-280(just wasnt there)

    Deadlift( KILLS ME!! im terrible at it): Opener: 340(got it) 2nd attempt-365(got it) 3rd attempt-385( pry coulda got it but was strugglin and back was killn me so i set the sh!t down lol)
