But I was fine last night.. But last night I also downed it with mass fluids! I'm not talking 20-30 oz either, not sure if that was the deciding factor but I am now chugging an ass load of water down with it, mixed with BC/EAA's..

Just goin off what LG has to say and has been doin as for me its pretty much all natural right now, I only take Mega Men Joint right now. Plus extra fish oil. This is a good plan, dont get me wrong though, but each and every person this will vary, Take me, Its only hit me twice really, in 7 days of dosing 4 caps. But its at the end of a hardcore work out session. Im dosing 4 caps, 2/2 .........2 around noon and the other 2 about 45 mins to an hour prior to W/O. Im at the gym about 2 hours and it was at the end of the sessions I felt like ****... So its a coin flip, is all im saying..To avoid side effects:
