^^ and other than the one time it hasnt bothered me. I mean i can take em on an empty stomach and it doesnt bother me in the least. just that one time during my leg routine it got to me, i think i'll be fine from here on out.
Deifinatley keep water intake around 1 gallon while on these..well while training at all it's a good idea.
ya i usually try to keep it around a gallon and a half... not always easy tho

Recovery: Was fairly sore today but thats to be expected

Am really tempted to up dosage to four... but think i may wait a week or so as to prolong the run somewhat, any thoughts?
