    Upper body

    Mood:Complete opposite of yesterday!!

    Strength: Good, seems to be increasing

    Weight:186(+2)

    Endurance: Coulda stayed all night!

    Agression- Definately noticed a sense of irritability throughout the day

    Libido- Up slightly

    Nausea: None whatsoever! HELL YA! lol

    Hunger: Normal after first dose, Starting to elevate after second though.

    Thoughts on the day: Felt like i accomplished a lot in and out of the weight room, cant complain about that feelin

    Psarm Dosage:3 total (1 am- 2 Pre W/O)

    Recovery: Good, felt rest between sets was less necessary

    Best part of the day: Tearin it up at the gym, theres nothin better than a good workout at the gym... except maybe a good one in the bedroom lol

    Preacher Curls:

  6. i sure hope so lol i took LG's advice and took with a lot of water and bcaa's. idk if thats what made the difference... but im not gonna do anything different to find out haha

    Hey man that looks good hope you don't get any more nausea, I'm thinkin the water will help dilute the pSarm abit but i suppose the bcaa's help too. Just goin off what LG has to say and has been doin as for me its pretty much all natural right now, I only take Mega Men Joint right now. Plus extra fish oil. Been havin a pain in my right shoulder for a few months just trying to work through it though...

    By the way, i told you guys to start low on the dosage, like the plan i outlined, and ill repeat.

    Week 1-1 cap
    Week 2-2 cap
    Week 3-3 cap
    Week 4-4 caps
    Week 5-4 caps

    Thats about 1 bottle.

    and i wouldnt start taking 2 caps at a time until towards the end.

    Exactly, side effects might appear one day and not the next, doesnt mean they wont continue to appear.

    This is a good plan, dont get me wrong though, but each and every person this will vary, Take me, Its only hit me twice really, in 7 days of dosing 4 caps. But its at the end of a hardcore work out session. Im dosing 4 caps, 2/2 .........2 around noon and the other 2 about 45 mins to an hour prior to W/O. Im at the gym about 2 hours and it was at the end of the sessions I felt like ****... So its a coin flip, is all im saying..

  19. ^^ and other than the one time it hasnt bothered me. I mean i can take em on an empty stomach and it doesnt bother me in the least. just that one time during my leg routine it got to me, i think i'll be fine from here on out.

  23. Deifinatley keep water intake around 1 gallon while on these..well while training at all it's a good idea.
