    Mood:Not so great

    Strength: Not really sure

    Weight:186(+2)

    Endurance: Not there today

    Agression- A little above average

    Libido- Up early on in the day

    Nausea: Only during work out...

    Hunger: OFF THE FN CHAIN! until i got sick that is...
    Thoughts on the day: Worst day on psarm yet, got through three sets on squat and started feelin like ****... hope this doesnt persist

    Psarm Dosage:3 total (1 am- 2 Pre W/O)

    Recovery: Average

    Best part of the day: This is a good question...


    Dont know what happened but i def didnt like it, i ended up givin up on the workout cuz i wasnt accomplishin anything the way i felt. Gotta go back at it hard tomorrow and hope for the best

    Bro I know how you felt, funny mine hit me day # 4 also...Its not a good sick feeling either..! But I was fine last night.. But last night I also downed it with mass fluids! I'm not talking 20-30 oz either, not sure if that was the deciding factor but I am now chugging an ass load of water down with it, mixed with BC/EAA's..

    Mood:Complete opposite of yesterday!!

    Strength: Good, seems to be increasing

    Weight:186(+2)

    Endurance: Coulda stayed all night!

    Agression- Definately noticed a sense of irritability throughout the day

    Libido- Up slightly

    Nausea: None whatsoever! HELL YA! lol

    Hunger: Normal after first dose, Starting to elevate after second though.

    Thoughts on the day: Felt like i accomplished a lot in and out of the weight room, cant complain about that feelin

    Psarm Dosage:3 total (1 am- 2 Pre W/O)

    Recovery: Good, felt rest between sets was less necessary

    Best part of the day: Tearin it up at the gym, theres nothin better than a good workout at the gym... except maybe a good one in the bedroom lol

  26. i sure hope so lol i took LG's advice and took with a lot of water and bcaa's. idk if thats what made the difference... but im not gonna do anything different to find out haha
