Now, I know that I look a bit “thicker at the moment but let’s NOT forget that:
a) I am on a bulk !!!
b) I went from < 50g carbs/day to ~ 180g carbs/day (I was at 240g at one stage but decided that was a bit toooo much - I was getting’ too thick )
c) I reduced Recreate from 3/day to 2/day (after 2nd week, DAY 15)
d) Not doing any more morning HIT cardio (since …f.#ck, can’t remember , still riding to work of course but that is hardly HIT
e) Looking at the table above, think it is mostly “good" thickness: :bb2:
..but I'll leave that judgement to ALL OF you
If I had to pick THE FAVOURITE supp from above, I’d say without further thought :

...AND NOW POSTING THIS IS GOING TO MAKE ME SICK !
1st. : suffering from heavy DAY41-inflicted DOMS !
OTHER THAN THAT, I THINK IT IS TIME FOR A BORING "EXECUTIVE SUMMARY" , SINCE :
a) we are more than half way through the log
b) there are quite a few very recent additions to the stack
* AP, P-slin: de-sensitization yet, notice increased hunger within 20min of taking the pills, P-slin (introduced on DAY 21), is an absolute sink for the carbs !
* AP on few occasions, taken pre-fasted cardio, went so hypo I was shaking and after 45 min I was devouring everything in sight !
* Recreate: same, no de-sensitization, love the clear&steady energy, unlike stims that let you down with a grace of a smashing pumpkin
* PwFULL: deserves a separate review
* RPM/Drive(introduced DAY 35), as a stimulant kick on weight training days (that was after I had started a new job and my sleeping schedule was thrown out of whack, GRRRRR !!!)
DAY 41 ADDITIONS:
Now, that was AMAZING, I noticed substantial effects within first day of using it.
Happened to be the day I did one of the hardest sessions since the beginning of the whole stack (DAY 41), and I felt like a freakin’ bomb after it!
So much I went for an extra 15min of HIT cardio!!! Crazy stuff !!!
Bottom line for Rhodiola: decreased both physical and mental fatigue, Endurance went up to the roof !!! Also, increased feeling of happiness (I wasn’t exactly depressed of late but I’ve been absolutely freakin’ ecstatic since the addition of Rhodiola). The later is definitely not a placebo, Wikipedia quote : “Rhodiola rosea's effects potentially are related to optimizing serotonin and dopamine levels due to monoamine oxidase inhibition …”
I only found out about thin 5min ago !
Sleep is improving as well, but most importantly I function well on less than 8hrs. Think the body is definitely adapting better to a changed biorhythm and resulting stress (different sleeping/waking hours and later workouts), and is quite capable of taking more training-related bashing with a BIG SMILE !

I am COMPLETELY blown away! You look amazing! Huge difference in the before and after pictures. Your legs have so much more shape, and your delts/arms look much leaner and more defined. Incredible! I'm having a hard time wiping off that stupid grin guys get when they see a really attractive woman.

500mg caps, standardized to 3% total Rosavins and 1% Salidrosides (Now Foods)
The stuff blows me away, did 2 cardio sessions on the weekend, I hammered 30min longer than usual (1hr30min total)
I seriously wondered what happened to my "off button", 'cause I was just stuck on fast forward

I REPEAT, NOTHING COMPARES TO USPLabs
I would have NOT made those LEAN GAINS WITHOUT IT
