9/14/08 - Day 17
Ahhhh yes. A sunday off of work during football season. You know what that means don't ya folks? I didn't do a damn thing all day long except clap and curse at the television. It was glorious.
haha ok...so I did some cardio...but otherwise, just cursing...and clapping...and watching...and eating. Yep...a great day off indeed!
Day was laid out as follows :

2:45pm : half of a mini loaf of the homemade banana bread from the other day *yum!*
5:00pm : a concoction my girlfriends father made of some noodles *which I avoided*, ham, and cabbage. It was pretty good.
8:00pm : FIESTA BABY!! Taco Salad *see below* - 93% lean ground beef, onion, peppers, garlic, mexican cheese blend on a bed of organic romaine and organic tomatoes. side of some white/yellow corn. side of organic boiled carrots.
9:15pm : 1 kashi oatmeal flax cookie
12:45am : 1 scoop w/20oz. water
1:30am : 4 Mst

T'was a good day as my Giants handed a healthy beating to the awful Rams. Next week we take on the (so far) awful Bengals with the worst defense ever. I like our chances.

9/15/08 - Day 18
So another day has passed here at the old farm...or uhh...house. Pretty good day. I had a minor emergency in the morning which kept me from my workout...but I did a TON of walking at work tonight which at least kept me in motion. I will be doing a workout in the morning to focus mainly on upper body, and wednesday morning I plan to do some yoga and wednesday night I am playing tennis. All fun times.

A good day overall. The Blue Gene is still having a tremendous effect on my libido. It's seriously like I just want to be like a rabbit and eat and have s-e-x all day long. I can't recall any other supps ever making me this way...it's ridiculous, haha.
