9/27/08 - Day 30
Another day in the record books. I actually got some decent sleep finally but I woke up with some pain in my arm right above my elbow. I had seen this coming because it hurt the night before, but I was hoping some deep sleep would knock it out, and it did not. My legs were also sore for the 2nd straight day when I woke up. I have been doing A LOT of heavy lifting and tons of running around like a madman at work lately, so that's probably why. I haven't had any real time to recoop.
Today should have been my last day on log, but for some reason I had some extra pills so I am going to have another full day today and a half of a day tomorrow.

Diet was a little off base somehow today. Seems I took in wayy more fats than I had planned to, and I failed to reach the Protein i'm trying to hit. I'm sure i'll fix that tomorrow.
