  1. True story after she was done with her first set of squats. She said this feels heavier. I then told her that might be because I put 360 on there not 320 like you thought. If looks could kill I would be dead.

    She has been saying every time we do legs they never get sore. Well guess what they are now. Ha ha ha.

He explained it to me and I said ok well then I did the workout for (2) two weeks and I don't need to do it today!! Yeah, it was a nice try!!!   16. Well, I was told to drink some N.O. Ignite (fruit punch flavor) pre-workout drink! All I can say is that I feel like I have "BUGS" crawling all over me!! This stuff better do its job!!!

    That is the Beta Alanine, it is not going to hurt you, that just means your capillaries are opening up allowing more blood to your muscles and the skin's surface (good thing) also most people like it because they use it as a gage that it is working and is now time to start hitting the gym! As you probably already noticed, the tingles will go away about 5-10 minutes into your workout when the body starts sending vast amounts of blood to the muscles you are training.

    I have heard that Taurine is Beta alanine's balance. So Taurine depletes beta alanine levels but I could be wrong. Just a thought. If you wanna keep from feeling that way dont drink too much taurine as your body will be bouncing back and forth between the two.
