I agree with DW... just be patient and do not rush it, just stay good with the diet and do anything and everything you can to move as much as you can and stay as active as you can with what and when you can do it, walking further to and from your car when you park in a parking lot, etc. etc.

10 to 12 lbs good results...Sorry everyone forgot to let you know I am no longer taking finaflex! I started a new log since I am taking Beast Mode (pre workout) Supplement!! Even though I took two pills at one time and thought I was going to have a fit I lost approximately 10-12lbs while taking Pro Xanthine 500-XT!!! Thanks to everyone that has followed this log and for the wonderful advice and encouragement to keep on trucking!!!! Finally, I would like to thank Finaflex and Scotty Doc for letting me try their "fat" burning product even though it wasn't a sponsored log!!!!
Yes diet has to be the main focus no matter what supps you use, supplements help but diet is where the real changes happen.I will also add while she figured out the dose that worked for her was one in the morning and one in the afternoon. She used to say she had energy and was sweaty all day. She worked her butt off and I am proud of her for that. Now she is trying to focus on her diet.
