Thanks to PSBreaux for the very generous promos they've been running lately. I've used Crash for the past 3 nights and have honestly slept better than I have in months. I've used a lot of herbal sleep supplement in the past with varying effects, but none come close to Crash. I normally use an OTC sleep aid to help me stay asleep all night, but feel better rested with Crash. Right now, it gets a "10" for the rest effects alone!
I also believe in it's fat-burning abilities. I have been using another product pre-workout in the mornings with a good diet and have dropped a good four pounds this week!
