  1. Any opinions what i should hit tomorrow? Nornally its chest but im skipping chest
    1- back
    2-chest
    3-legs
    4-shoulders
    5-arms


    Or should i just suck it up and hit chest

  4. Weighed this morning before I ate or drank anything. Weighed in at 203. So that is 4 lb gain in the first week.
    Honestly I was expecting a little more from anadrol. Dbol put on 7-8 lbs in the first week but I was eating a lot of **** to get to my calorie goals. Now I am eating about 95% clean so that could be part of the reason

    Any thoughts on this are appreciated

    4Lbs isnt bad man. As long as you arent holding a ton of water and bloated. I would rather have 4 lbs of "good" weight than 10 lbs of just weight.

    As far as lifting... Do a brutal Heavy Day. I do them occasionally to just mix it up and get me growing. Just pick one or two compound movements like Squat, Deads, Bench etc... I usually do it with Deads. I will do 20+ Sets and it will F*CK you up but ever since I started doing it I grew astonishingly fast. I also do chest and back in the same workout and I superset all the main movements and will hit isolation movements in Trisets and Quadsets. I can get a MUCH higher volumn of lifting in by working out like that. Just an idea for you....

    Yeah I try to keep in mind to focus on what I want to look like in3-4 years, not a few months. Im only 22

    It sucks my tattoos cover up my cuts on both biceps/triceps but eh women love the tattoos just as much as muscle haha

    Before I ordered my stuff I felt happy with it. About a week before I started I upped my calories by 800 started creatine so I am sure the combination of those 2 made me hold more water. I just feel fatter but I also know that you cant gain a significant amount of fat in less than 2 weeks

    Ideally I would have went test/tren/eq but I didnt have the cash at the time and if I was going to do a cycle between now and November I had to start before mid June

    Basically my plan now is to eat clean like I have been and just worry about gaining mass, then around mid August cut back slightly on the calories & carbs and throw in cardio and slowly cut back on cals upping cardio until I am in a cut
    Cause the show I want to do is november I am thinking about just keep running test through the cut if I do do that

    I know its not ideal, if I am making great gains and dont want to stop it I will just pick a different show further out. All depends on how I am feeling when August comes around

    I am open to advice

  33. Are those prohormones? I wouldnt even know where to get them lol I can get any test, tren, dbol, a50, masteron, EQ, primo, deca. Basic compounds

    Yeah well epi is fully active, so its a steroid but a lot of places its still classified as a PH. Its pretty sick for cutting and dry mass gains, very similar to anavar in effects.

  35. Yeah it is man. Google Epistane. Its legal to buy and it is a great compound. There are a few logs running right now and I think RickRock is using it in his cycle.

    I would be using epi but I got a ton of winny I'm gunna use up. Next cycle I will.
