  2. I hate off days . Back day on monday though. Looking forward to it! We should do a mandatory pose Monday, where each week we pick a mandatory pose to hit the following Monday and everyone following this thread posts a picture of it. Anyone think thats a cool idea?

    A. I have no back width or
    B. I dont know how to open them in a lat spread

  17. Alright guys. Normally the 2nd lift of the week is chest ( did back today). But I have had a nagging pain at the upoer part of my clavicle, kinda where it connects into the shoulder area. I did either on a dip machine or Hammersteength incline machine. Anyway i wanna skip chest for a week to see if itll heal up cause I always feel it for a couple days after chest. Shoukd I split my legs up and do quads one day hams another or just hit back again towards the end since I wanna bring it up? Or if you have a different recommendation let me know

  20. Im not sure. I kinda cheated and weighed in the gym in shorts and shoes and it looked promising. Ill be happy at 5/week but if it puts on as much as dbol did Itll be 7-8 lbs in the first week

  24. Weighed this morning before I ate or drank anything. Weighed in at 203. So that is 4 lb gain in the first week.
    Honestly I was expecting a little more from anadrol. Dbol put on 7-8 lbs in the first week but I was eating a lot of **** to get to my calorie goals. Now I am eating about 95% clean so that could be part of the reason

    Any thoughts on this are appreciated

    4Lbs isnt bad man. As long as you arent holding a ton of water and bloated. I would rather have 4 lbs of "good" weight than 10 lbs of just weight.

    As far as lifting... Do a brutal Heavy Day. I do them occasionally to just mix it up and get me growing. Just pick one or two compound movements like Squat, Deads, Bench etc... I usually do it with Deads. I will do 20+ Sets and it will F*CK you up but ever since I started doing it I grew astonishingly fast. I also do chest and back in the same workout and I superset all the main movements and will hit isolation movements in Trisets and Quadsets. I can get a MUCH higher volumn of lifting in by working out like that. Just an idea for you....
