Before I ordered my stuff I felt happy with it. About a week before I started I upped my calories by 800 started creatine so I am sure the combination of those 2 made me hold more water. Ideally I would have went test/tren/eq but I didnt have the cash at the time and if I was going to do a cycle between now and November I had to start before mid June
Basically my plan now is to eat clean like I have been and just worry about gaining mass, then around mid August cut back slightly on the calories & carbs and throw in cardio and slowly cut back on cals upping cardio until I am in a cut
Cause the show I want to do is november I am thinking about just keep running test through the cut if I do do that
I know its not ideal, if I am making great gains and dont want to stop it I will just pick a different show further out. All depends on how I am feeling when August comes around

Yeah well epi is fully active, so its a steroid but a lot of places its still classified as a PH. Its pretty sick for cutting and dry mass gains, very similar to anavar in effects.Are those prohormones? I wouldnt even know where to get them lol I can get any test, tren, dbol, a50, masteron, EQ, primo, deca. Basic compounds

Awesome, yeah I would appreciate it! Right now its just the same **** over and overWhat I do is I add a couple tbsp of extra Virgin Olive oil into my protein shakes. Its like 100-120 extra calories per tbsp and its all from healthy fats. Just don't do it a ton but it helps me not have to eat carbs so I can stay lean. Also look into powdered Peanut Butter and the jugs of egg whites those go great in the blender and pack great calories.
I have some recipes at home I will post up if you want man.

I did legs today too. Man I tried widowmakers on squats.. freaking brutal. First time trying it on squats. Just couldn't push myself to 20. I stopped at 18 then 17 next go round(2 sets).. I know I had more steam in me but couldn't tap into it. What to do right??Leg day coming up in about 20! If you have any recommendations let me know, otherwise it will be the same as last week cause it felt good

I always start with either back or front squats cause they make my legs explode, and lately I have been trying to focus more on hams because I need them to catch up to quads so I go for the exercises that I can really get that stretch and squeeze on first honestly I could walk away without doing leg press cause my legs are fried, but I do them to burn up anything I have leftY leg press so late in the game... curious

My pre workout meal is usually a shake with a banana, half cup of oats, a tablespoon of natty PB and some vanilla myofusion. Enough carbs to fuel your workout and all up it's about 560 calories. Spot on.. I eat every 2 to three he's. I'm very Carb sensitive so I limit them to bkfst an post workout. Other meals r veggies lean protein an fats( usually nuts). I throw fruit in there some too. All out cheat days once a week. Really bad cheats...anything goes..What's your diet like bro?

Man cardio on elliptical 4 times a week 15 to 20 min. Hiitt styleI guess just cut back calories and add cardio.
