Thanks man. I'm around 10-12%. I think its week 3... got 13 more amazing weeks lol

It sucks my tattoos cover up my cuts on both biceps/triceps but eh women love the tattoos just as much as muscle haha

Thats true haha my girl wants me to get more but I want to wait a little longer. Ah going 16 too then? Awesome

Hey bro quick question, how come you chose test an anadrol when u wished ur bodyfat was lower. Just hit me.....curious
Before I ordered my stuff I felt happy with it. About a week before I started I upped my calories by 800 started creatine so I am sure the combination of those 2 made me hold more water. I just feel fatter but I also know that you cant gain a significant amount of fat in less than 2 weeks

Ideally I would have went test/tren/eq but I didnt have the cash at the time and if I was going to do a cycle between now and November I had to start before mid June

Basically my plan now is to eat clean like I have been and just worry about gaining mass, then around mid August cut back slightly on the calories & carbs and throw in cardio and slowly cut back on cals upping cardio until I am in a cut
Cause the show I want to do is november I am thinking about just keep running test through the cut if I do do that

I know its not ideal, if I am making great gains and dont want to stop it I will just pick a different show further out. All depends on how I am feeling when August comes around

I am open to advice

Or epistane 6 weeks 30mg would be awesome! And pretty cheap.

Are those prohormones? I wouldnt even know where to get them lol I can get any test, tren, dbol, a50, masteron, EQ, primo, deca. Basic compounds

Yeah well epi is fully active, so its a steroid but a lot of places its still classified as a PH. Its pretty sick for cutting and dry mass gains, very similar to anavar in effects.

Any of you guys know of any recipes/foods that are real high in calories but easy/fast prep? I was considering doing some sort of shake with sugar free icecream or yogurt, natural peanut butter, protein, oats and banana or something similiar.

I do decent hitting my calorie mark but somedays I struggle and unless I chomp down late in the evening I would end up 300-600 cals short

What I do is I add a couple tbsp of extra Virgin Olive oil into my protein shakes. Its like 100-120 extra calories per tbsp and its all from healthy fats. Just don't do it a ton but it helps me not have to eat carbs so I can stay lean. Also look into powdered Peanut Butter and the jugs of egg whites those go great in the blender and pack great calories.

I have some recipes at home I will post up if you want man.

Awesome, yeah I would appreciate it! Right now its just the same **** over and over
-2 cups oats
-6 eggs
-Box whole wheat pasta/2cups sphagetti sauce/1 lb of ground turkey split into 2 meals
- then protein shake, banana etc. usuzlly gets me around 4k

Right on man. I eat very few Carbs and when I do I cycle them. It is mainly to help me stay leaner and put on quality mass without fat. My diet is alot of chicken, fish, eggs, turkey, beef, peanut butter and protein shakes. When I have carbs its Oats, Protein fortified bread, Carb shakes, sweet potatoes and rice cakes.

Chili is probably your best bet. You can make a ton of it at once and its got all the calories you need

I did legs today too. Man I tried widowmakers on squats.. freaking brutal. First time trying it on squats. Just couldn't push myself to 20. I stopped at 18 then 17 next go round(2 sets).. I know I had more steam in me but couldn't tap into it. What to do right??

I always start with either back or front squats cause they make my legs explode, and lately I have been trying to focus more on hams because I need them to catch up to quads so I go for the exercises that I can really get that stretch and squeeze on first honestly I could walk away without doing leg press cause my legs are fried, but I do them to burn up anything I have left

I dont always do it this way just the past month or so. Trying something new

I use leg press at the end too. I use it to go really deep and heavy. Around 4-7 reps and it really helps me build the tear drop, seperation and develope the muscle around my knee. Barbell squats are used for building mass in my quads.

My pre workout meal is usually a shake with a banana, half cup of oats, a tablespoon of natty PB and some vanilla myofusion. Enough carbs to fuel your workout and all up it's about 560 calories. I'm not a big eater so these liquid calories make it easier to hit my macro goals for the day.
I won't be able to post pics as my app on my phone won't let me upload anything :( hopefully be all good by next Mondays pics.

i just got done with my first cycle of anadrol about 4 weeks ago i got good steady gains and it impressed me. my next cycle i start monday igtropin long 1 r3 thought id give it a shot.

Good profuctive week. Today was payday so yesterday sucked on food but managed to get over 3k still. Suxks though I work fri-sunday 12 hour shifts

I did back 2day. Punished it!!! Guys I gotta issue with lower back fat. Looks horrible in posing picks.. any ideas to help a bro

Same problem here, the only way I get rid of it was when I cleaned up diet and did cardio

Stupid basic answer but other than getting back bigger of course, only things I know of

Spot on.. I eat every 2 to three he's. I'm very Carb sensitive so I limit them to bkfst an post workout. Other meals r veggies lean protein an fats( usually nuts). I throw fruit in there some too. All out cheat days once a week. Really bad cheats...anything goes..
