Not sure man. I'm not sure how enanthate gets released into the muscle but I know with prop you can get tightness / PIP from the prop ester crystalizing inside your muscle. Every pin was either sore or tight fir my Sus cycle.
Its better today. First time it reacted like that though

180x20 little faster reps

SUPERSET WITH

Dumbell incline flyes
45s x 11
45s x 10
45s x 9

Hitting calves 3x a week little lower volume than normal to see how they respond to it
