And I got sucked into it now, mine is on its way ^_^

Question though, I plan on taking it before my basketball practice, but I don't really have a half hour beforehand, to let it kinda "work" or whatever. If I took it at around 1, would I still have the benefits if I took it at 3, and then some during practice? I would take 3 servings at lunch, then probably 3 during practice.

Can't wait to give this stuff a go

Why can't you take it pre-WO? You can just take the powder straight and then sip on water if you need to. Otherwise your dosing strategy sounds fine, although you could do 1 or 2 at lunch , 1-2 right before your practice then 1-2 during.

Well, I have school till 3, then practice starts at probably about 3:10 or so, and goes till 5. I go to a private school and crap, so we can't drink it during class or anything. I could take it throughout practice though, and mix it in water(On a CKD) and drink it throughout. Or I could mix it with my shake and drink that during/afterwards.

Hmm, you could just take the powder straight, but it won't have the same efficacy as I understand it, and you might end up with some bad Niacin Flushing like I noticed when I didn't take enough water lol. Hopefully this works out for you, I've heard great things about Poseidon, but I've only tried Blast & Swell thus far

Alright, I will definately have a lot of water with it, I can't afford a flush during wind sprints ^_^

I'm going to mix it with half a scoop of ON 100% Whey just so I can get some flavor out of it. For lunch it will be water only though, if I ever wanna go home early, I'm just going to take 5 scoops and then tell them I have an allergic reaction to Chemistry :P

Genius! I posted my severe Niacin flush pics in the Shake Well thread, but they don't do it justice; I was red from head to toe. Why didn't I have access to Niacin back in high school, why!

This stuff could greatly increase the fun I can have this year screwing with the staff at school, lol.

I'm gonna go check out those pics, I have a feeling I am going to love the flush, but everyone says you get used to it

let me say this, the flushes can be severe, I always get a kick out of them if I play around with them a bit.

Fear not though, with some higher water intake you should be in good shape

Alright, thanks.
The first day I get it, I plan on doing 1 at night before bed, then in the morning 1 when I wake up, to get a little tolerance. Then 1 at lunch, and 2 during practice.

How much water should I have in the morning with it? Right now I drink a crapload of water, and it is frikkin annoying because of being on the CKD with about 10 carbs a day, I piss every frikkin hour at school almost, lol. I can piss, get water from the fountain, and have to go again in an hour or so.

Hopefully with Poseidon my body will be able to use more of the water I am taking in.

I'd try and take some during your practice and that should be fine. You can take it how you are doing it..shouldn't be too bad. I am glad you like it tho! I take it just directly into mouth and washed down in the morning. The niacin kinda wakes me up when it makes me all warm

Haven't started just yet, but I will probably get it on Wednesday, and I'll start that night. I was either going to grab this or wait for some DCP to get in stock, and the reviews were awesome for this. So I grabbed this instead. I plan on making it 1 of my monthily ordered supps I just started on Leviathan Reloaded as well, so this should be a fun month
