Dosing Liqud with Oral Syringe

I am trying to dose the Liquid Clomi I got from CEM using their BD 1cc/mL oral syringe and I have notice it is pretty hard to get the 12.5 mg dosage using the syringe. What tips / tricks do you guys use? Do I need to purchase a bung for it where I can extract it holding it upside down? At 35 mg/mL i need to fill that syringe only 2 marks (.4 mL) to get roughly 14 mg of the product and that is pretty hard to eyeball while in the bottle.

I thought about filling it to 1 mL and dumping just the .4 mL worth in to a cup but wanted to see if anyone knows an easier way?

I use a .5cc oral syringe. Its easier to measure.
