    ~LG33~ Brings out the Outlaw Stack!!



    Me:

    Age - 33 LG33 baby!
    Weight - 189
    BF%- Who the hell knows
    Diet- Will keep it clean through out

    Training:
    Monday - Chest/Tri's/Ab's
    Tuesday - Back/Bi's
    Wensday - Shoulders/Traps/Abs
    Thursday - Legs/ What ever comes to mind
    Friday - Little chest/Bi work outs/ab's " An all around fun gym day"
    Saturday - Shopping with the Wife
    Sunday - Drinking Coffee then Shopping with the wife

    Cardio - With the push from these Sup's I shouldnt have any problem! I'll be starting off at 3 times a week and go from there

    Its time to get serious, and lean and mean.. This log will go for 8 weeks and will include numerous products with in that time. I'll be starting out at the low side for most supplements and ramp up as I feel the need, I really need to push myself, so why not log the goods! and watch the beast Grow!

    Supplements:

    M1D - 2/2 split
    Liquid Masterdrol - 8ml daily
    I-GH-1 - 4 pre bed
    Anadraulic State - 1 scoop 1 hour pre work out
    Perfect Carb 45g, with 3 caps Slin, and 15g BC+EAA's Intra work out "Props to Irish "The Bomb" Cannon
    May do a low dose of Relora through out for the mood benifit



    Goals:
    - lean lean Muscle!!
    - Increase one rep max on flat bench to 285 or higher, right now Im at 260, "please no Jokes"
    - Last but not least, Have fun

    Ok guys, the work out I had today, I would say was by far.... one of the best I had in awhile. I hit Back and Bi's today and went very well. Drive, Focus, endurance and strength were really up to par if not beyond today.. The Updates I'm calling Science Reports! Its apart of going Outlaw , I will say, I started dosing the supplements on Saturday, so far this stack is going very well.. Hit two PR's today’s which had me thinking what is in store for this run. This makes me drive even more.. So here’s what happen today, any questions, let me know...

    Supplements Dosed:

    M1D - 2/2 split, First 2 upon getting up...2 prior to Dinner
    Liquid Masterdrol - 8ml 30 mins pre work out
    I-GH-1 - 4 pre bed tonight
    Anadraulic State - 1 scoop 1 hour pre work out
    Perfect Carb 45g, with 3 caps Slin, and 15g Bc+Eaa's Intra work out
    Protein shakes were added in through out the day
    Additional Bc+Eaa's were sipped on through out the day

    ~ Will continue this through out the week and ramp on this weekend
