Im going to be starting the one as soon as it gets here so i figured id go ahead and start a thread. I will be running it for 5 weeks at 3 caps a day. For PCT i will be running 2nd gear and DTH. This will be my 2nd time running the one. I previously ran it for 4 weeks and got good results. Veins are crazy on this stuff. I will be posting my diet also.
Soon as i wake up I consume a whey 20 gram protein shake with blueberries and strawberries.
Bout an hour later 3 eggs and a glass of milk ( I will also be adding some oatmill when i start the one to get my carbs up)
2 hours later spinach salad with chicken breast and a glass of milk
2 hours later 20 grams of protein from peanuts
Pre workout 20 grams of whey with milk and an apple
Post workout 20 grams of whey with milk and a bannana
About 2 hours later i have dinner which is a chicken breast or can of tuna and a sweet potato
snack is 4 table spoons natural peanut butter
before bed around 25 grams of protein from cottage cheese and a glass of milk
