Im going to be starting the one as soon as it gets here so i figured id go ahead and start a thread. I will be running it for 5 weeks at 3 caps a day. For PCT i will be running 2nd gear and DTH. This will be my 2nd time running the one. I previously ran it for 4 weeks and got good results. Veins are crazy on this stuff. I will be posting my diet also.

Soon as i wake up I consume a whey 20 gram protein shake with blueberries and strawberries.

Bout an hour later 3 eggs and a glass of milk ( I will also be adding some oatmill when i start the one to get my carbs up)

2 hours later spinach salad with chicken breast and a glass of milk

2 hours later 20 grams of protein from peanuts

Pre workout 20 grams of whey with milk and an apple

Post workout 20 grams of whey with milk and a bannana

About 2 hours later i have dinner which is a chicken breast or can of tuna and a sweet potato

snack is 4 table spoons natural peanut butter

before bed around 25 grams of protein from cottage cheese and a glass of milk

yea i know sorry bout that. school ended and i went home and we cant get cable internet at home so we have dial up and it kept freezing up when i tried to post but ill be at school for this whole cycle so it will be complete. I ended up with a total of 6 pounds and def leaned out. The only strange thing was i was up like 12 pounds in week 2 and then it dropped. im not really sure what was going on there.

It could have been cause by a variety of factors. You could have gained quite a lot of food and water weight, especially if you were eating more than usual. You may not have been taking measurements accurately or consistently...Etc...The final 6lb would have been predominantly muscle mass, then, I imagine (if you leaned out).

Can you please give more detailed posts at least 1-2 times a week, so that everyone can better see your progress, making mention of the following:

Diet - general overview re total calories, water intake, etc.
Training - specifics re time/exercises/sets/reps/recovery/weight, etc.
Body composition and Look
Muscle Hardness
Vascularity
Strength
Speed
Co-ordination
Quality of Training
Mood/Aggression
Libido
Joints
Overall Sense of Feeling (to include mention of any shut-down or sides)

its day 3 on the one so i thought id give a quick overview


Muscle Hardness: Def look fuller
Vascularity: up
Strength: Same
Quality of Training: Same
Mood/Aggression: Same
Libido: Same
Joints: Same
Overall Sense of Feeling: good

I really noticed an increase in muscle fullness a day after taking the one. It seems im responding quicker this time then my last. It took about a week to notice any change last time.

weight is down to 183 which is what i wanted because im losing body fat and not muscle.

yea i didnt lose any gains. DTH is a great product at getting ur test levels back up.
