    Not really. A little joint pain and some headaches initially but since adding CoQ10 I've been golden!

    Day off from the gym today and I got peer pressured in to Chinese buffet lol damn it! Oh well gotta hit it that much harder tomorrow. Did talk my wife into taking some pics although I really gotta work on my posing skills.

    Incline db around the worlds
    15x10x3 hold at the bottom. Insane pump from these!!

    Skull crushers
    25s x12x3

    Joint pain is virtually gone at this point. Pumps are very good. Overall feeling great!!
