DAY 2

What up my brothas?? I've decided to switch up my routine a little bit. I normally like a day off in between back and chest as it's usually pretty sore the next day but I felt great this morning and I was chomping at the bit to work some bench. So today I worked Chest/Triceps.

Started out with flat bb bench today. I normally do a reverse pyramid but am going to be doing a regular pyramid bench over the next 30 days.
135x10x2 Warm up
225x10
245x8
255x6
185x10
Felt great, my chest was looking good. The veins in my front delts were really showing off.
Next up was Incline db bench.
50x10 warm up
70x10
80x8
90x6 shoulders were starting to hurt but pushed through it.
Next up was decline bb bench
225x10 warm up
235x10x3
The last thing for chest was some cable crossovers
60x12x4 starting at chest level and raising one click after each set. I find this works my whole chest and really gives me a great pump!!

Triceps were next. This is one area I really want to focus on as I think it will help my overal bench.
Superset pushdowns with reverse pushdowns 80x10x3
By this point my arms were on fire and ready to be done but I went for a drink of water and refocused myself.
Skull Crushers are next Ez curl bar with 35's per side 12x4 pausing at the top and flexing my tri's

Feeling good and really getting that alpha feeling!!
Nice volume and weight bro! I really miss that alpha feeling I need to get on something soon! How did u like the reverse pyramids? Thinking of giving it a try.

Thanks bro! I like reverse but find that it really taxes my muscles and I tend to get a lot of shoulder pain. Probably not stretching enough I'm sure. Sometimes I forget that I'm 40 lol

I hear u I'm 37 and the body just doesn't do what it use to.

I LOVE reverse pyramid training! Ever since I first tried it it's become a staple in the way I train.

Weight 174.8
Today was cardio and since I'm in fight training mode decided to work the heavy bag and do some rope work. Joints were pretty sore last night but not too bad today. Will look into a better joint relief supplement though as I can tell they are going to be an issue.

One thing I'm really noticing is the definition in my forearms. I am also starting to pack on some weight fairly quickly.

Weight coming on fast? Ive 2 bottles of m-sten on the shelf but it'll be a bit before I run it.

Ya and muscles are really getting hard. Only a few days in and can already see and feel a difference! Your really going to like M-Sten!!!

I've heard great things about it too. May have to look at it in the future.

For the joints check out our Flexible. I've had really good results with 2 caps twice a day which would give you 2 months out of a bottle. Its on sale for (I think) around $27

Take care of those joints before it becomes a problem. If this kicks like I think it will, then your joints are going to be under a lot of weight and pressure quickly!

Thanks bro. Ya I'm making sure to take my fish oil and joint soothers daily. It seems to be helping as the pain in my joints seems to be subsiding for the most part. It's not near as bad as a previous cycle I ran a few months ago.

Good call my man. Joint pain is the worst. It kept me from really pushing myself to where I wanted to be last time. I've also been making sure to drink plenty of water as I've heard that helps as well.

Woke up early and couldn't fall back to sleep so decided to hit the gym before work. Back and bis round 2

62.5x8x5 up 5 pounds from last time.
Felt great didn't seem to bother my elbows at all

Full range pull downs

Standard rows

Standing db curls

Still have some work to do to reach my goal but felt good.

Guillotine curls
60x12x4 up 10 pounds from last time. Great pump in my biceps from this exercise.

Hammer curls

Increased weight on a few sets. Energy level was good. Noticing more "pump" out off my muscles.

Tried to get 8 reps on 345 but came up a little short. Either way I set a PR with 7 reps.

I didn't realize until you said base that your serving our country. Thank you for your sacrifices! You are going to explode if progress keeps up at this rate. Definitely putting the work in.

Thanks bro. I actually served from 90-94 and work as a civilian on base. I see great things from M-Sten though I'm up to 180 already.

Negatives have been some joint pain especially in my elbows. Lower back pumps (will be adding taurine) and headaches although that could be from a number of things.

So far I am very pleased with M-Sten.

So far I am very pleased with M-Sten.
I got wicked headaches from superdrol. Try taking 200mg CoQ10 every morning. It cleared it up for me really quick
