Bought some Greek yogurt 2 days ago. Just noticed tonight that it expired January 16th! Ended up getting sicker than crap the last couple of nights. Guess I know why now.
That expiration date.... I never pay attention to it. I just eat and eat... Maybe 15 days later it would be an issue (is that a movie)

Ya I didn't even think to check the date and with Greek yogurt it's hard to tell if it's bad.

Nice work! I looked but didn't see what your final PCT including SERM was. Can you list the entire cycle dosages and PCT once more? Thinking of this run for my future and wanted to be sure of what you actually dosed. Thanks
Thanks man!! I took 20mg a day of M-Sten.
Pct is Multivitamin 1 a day Milk thistle 425mg. Fish oil 1200mg a day Beta Cret 2scoops a day Dpol 1/1/1/1/1 Nolva 50/50/25/25. Anabeta 4/4/4/4 Erase 0/0/3/3/2/2/1
Mass HGH 3/3/3/3/3
Clomid 50/50/25/25

don't you have some clomid too? run that 50/50/25/25 with the nolva

Why should he add another SERM when his PCT is already comprehensive?
Nolva and Clomid work slightly differently. Clomid is better at restarting LH production but over time desensitizes the receptors and will cause a reduction in effectiveness. Adding Nolva helps to up-regulate these receptors to keep the LH doing its job.

Buddy at the gym is about your height and build. Now he's 53 mind you, but he just came off a 12wk mild test cycle w/ mast and decca a good portion of it and your body results look really similar.

Not too shabby for a single oral compound over only 30 days and some real commitment to lifting and growing brother!

Thanks bro!! Its quite an impressive product. I would rate it up there with the harsh compounds for positives and way better for negatives.

looking solid dude! I just wrapped up day 6 on this stuff and hoping to see some final results similar to yours. Looking forward to seeing how you hold up in PCT! I'd be curious to know your measurement increases (if you have the).

Well today was my last day for this cycle. Didn't sleep worth a crap last night (one downside to M-Sten), so wasn't feeling it going in to my workout tonight. Busted out a couple of warm up sets, and Breaking Benjamin came on my iPod, my blood started pumping, and I got that "feeling" I was ready to rock it!! Chest and tris today.

Thanks bro!! I took some measurements tonight. My bis went from 17 to 17 3/4. Chest 43 to 44 1/2. Quads 26 1/8 to 27. Waist 29 to 30 1/4 Weight went down to 186. So I actually lost a few pounds over the last week which seemed a little strange. Overall I gained 12 1/2 pounds of pretty lean muscle. My diet wasn't the cleanest either, I was hungry all the time. How's it treating you so far?

It's been about a week in and a couple pounds gained. Will be interesting to see what happens this coming 2 weeks though. Good job on the measurement increases... can't complain about those haha
