Coffee a few hours after waking. 1 tablespoon coconut oil and 10 grams of whey isolate.
1st meal is meat probably 100 grams of protein. Fat is at least 50 grams usually more.
Post workout(25 to 30 minutes after workout) is 35 grams of fast protein(will go into greater detail later), 10 grams of casein, scoop of recoverpro, creatine mono(recoverpro scooper), 1 scoop of rilose(fast carb, also have used dextrose)
2nd meal about 30 to 45 after post workout is pretty much stuff myself with protein and carbs. Usually white rice with some kind of lean meat. If still hungry some kind of rice or corn based cereal with milk.
Before my 3rd meal 20 grams whey hydro, recoverpro, creatine mono, a little dextrose
3rd meal is about an hour to 90 minutes later. It is more dessert based. A favorite of mine is a turnover warmed with vanilla ice cream on top. Then maybe more cereal. Kind of hard to eat anymore here.
4th meal might be some cottage cheese or lean meat. This is just so I wont go to bed too hungry and so my fast(trying to keep the fast between meals around 12 hours) wont be as long because of work.
My intra workout shake is 50 grams of glycofuse by gaspari, 20 grams of whey hydro, creatine mono, and recoverpro.
