Ill be starting a super dmz cycle in the next couple months. What are you dosing it at and for how many weeks?

At 11pm last night I did my insanity video, was at gym by midnight ill list my workout at bottom, somehow felt amaZballZ and did way more then planned in gym, by 2am I was done lifting and did a cardio ab cicuit, at home by 3 and still wanted to work out.

Def in beast mode, train insane or remain the same! Just took first dose of day 6 went to bed with a total gain of 5lb, but this am I'm down 3lb for some reason. I've read alot of logs for dmz and that seems to be a normal occurrence.Originally Posted by artvandalay
Idk if you read the beginning of my log or not but I'm running this cycle to get back to where I was before surgery, I started lifting the day the surgeon told me I could lift again so my strength is alot lower then normal I lost nearly 30 lbs for not lifting in 8 months. So I'm battling all the soreness of starting to lift again
Up another pound killed arms and just can't seem to get tired! Awsome stuff taking Sunday off
I know how you feel. I had knee surgery a few years ago, and I couldn't believe how much strength I lost. Any sides yet?

Down 3lbs... I'm baffled. Appetite is plumittng as well. Workouts are amazing tho
My buddy was just telling me about a supplement that increases appetite dramatically. I can't remember the name of it, but I'm sure if you google that you could find something to help
Pretty easy to fluctuate a few lbs throughout the day..i wouldn't worry. Plus if lifts are up and everything in the mirror is improving, who gives a **** about the scale??
