Short workout, but made it decent. I got the idea to try Squat Presses from Airborne42. To do them you set the safety bars at the height of about a half squat, then start at the bottom, press the weight up and set it back down on the safety bars. Pretty cool since it's supposed to help get you used to doing heavy weight, I'm trying to get my squat up to 405 and I went up to 435 on those so it makes the weight seem a lot less intimidating.
Also woke up a couple nights ago in the middle of the night and my nose started bleeding like crazy for about 5 mins. Scared me but I've been told by many people now(and google) that this is normal if it just happens once and not repeatedly. I guess the lining of your nose is really sensitive, weird though since I never get nosebleeds. Not a problem if it doesn't happen again though, and so far so good.
