    What's up everyone, just throwing my log here since my last one has died and figure why revive it. Today marks the first day of my SD cycle, i'll be running it solo. I hate how I have so much to write, then forget, so I'll update this later lol

    Switch up UDCA dosing, it was wrong before at .5g ED. More than you need, absorbstion rate is best at .250mg and half life is 3-4 days, so I'll just EoD. For the first week i'll be dosing my SD 4-6 pre workout, hopefully around the 2-5 hour mark would be best. It'll be easier to have it in my system longer of course when I start taking 20mg week 2-5.

    I was thinking about setting up the set/rep scheme up like this but not too sure how that would work out. I may just go with progressive sets thoughout, as in 3x10, 4x10, 5x10 or whatever. **** I just want to go to the gym already, I hate having to wait on my roomie to get off the xbox and go. No point in taking 2 separate cars to the same place. I just want to be able to get my full 8 hours in, which means sleep by 1am...but after the gym I have 10 times the energy than when I went in

    Week 1: 3x10 60 sec rest
    Week 2: 4X8 90 sec rest
    Week 3: 5x5 120 sec rest
    Week 4: 5x10 90 sec rest
    Week 5: 5x10 90 sec rest

    Upper A 3x10:
    Bench - 135
    Bent Row - 115
    Overhead Press - 60
    BB Shrug - 165
    Close Grip Bench - 95
    BB Curl - 60

    Those numbers are equal to or lower than last week, but then again last week was a body part split and I've just switched to upper lower. Fatigue set in towards the end hard in my left shoulder/trap area. This is my trouble area, my shoulder always feels out of place and I can pop it in every now and then, but it's killing me in my lifts, considering my right side is still ready to go. This imbalance hasn't ever fixed itself since I stopped fighting, oh well. Deal with it you *****

    Side note, I may start going without my roommate. Right now his head isn't there mentally, or hell it never is. He just comes with me, cause there isn't anything else to do. I suppose i'll just stop waiting for him and if he wants to come he can come when I want to go. Took my UDCA today, guessing *don't have my scale yet* but it's better than nothing and too much won't be bad. Time for a protein shake, make some chicken and go to bed 2 hours later than I expected...fuuuuuuuarrrrrk!!!! !!

    Today I haven't dosed yet, I am a late owl so it don't matter lol as long as I get them 8 hours it's all good. I can't believe how hard it is to eat for me, i'm used to such a low calorie diet, 1k-1.5k per day but i'm working on pushing past that lol. Todays breakfast was 3 eggs, 2 whites, and ham omelete sandwich. I hope the SD kicks into hunger mode, last cycle of SD I lost my appetite a little. The easiest way for me to get in the calories is liquids I suppose. I get my protein in from real food, but by that time I feel like puking my guts out. My sodium is also probably a little too high right now, but then again I'm getting in a lot of water and it shouldn't be much of a difference.

    Depression hit me hard last night, and i'm also debating whether or not I'm going to continue on the cycle, push it back a week or 2, idk. I suppose a little advice would be appreciated in terms of what to do, then again, no one reads this **** anyways

    Thanks for all the support guys, you are what keeps me going in the gym when I'm not feeling up to it...


    Anyways, hit Lower A today, felt like puking my guts out after SLDL's. Moved weights up 50 pounds from last week, so I hit 185 on them bitches, 185 on dem squats and felt like **** after so the other lifts sucked and I left before doing hypers. All in all, workout = 50 minutes, strict on my 90 second rests.

    Lower A:
    Squats - 185
    Stiff Leg DL - 185
    Leg Extensions - 120
    Seated Calf - 45 3x20
    NS Situps - 0/5/10lbs @ 3 second hold *figured I was being a little bitch about feeling like I was to puke so I kept adding weights lol
    Hypers - Skipped like a little ***** bitch

    Comparing back I've kept a bunch of strength although I did have a month off. This would be week 5 back, so week 5 last time was 3x5 @ 205, this time week 5 is 3x10 @ 185. Not bad lol

    Also figured how to squeeze in another 500-1000 calories easily. Eat after the gym, then protein shake after eating. I was getting so full after my protein shake. Tonights dinner was 4 eggs, 1 was a while, 1 serving of chicken breast with bbq sauce wrapped in wheat tortilla. So bomb, I think I need to stop making bland ass food and I'll want to eat more hahaha

    EDIT:
    Certain things are limiting my lifts really bad. Grip strength as well as my wrists during SLDL's are what ruined it, my hams had that **** all day. I suppose just keep working at it, or possibly get wrist wraps

    Yes I'm still planning on 5 weeks, I may up to 30 depending on sides towards the end. I'm trying to keep my personal problems at bay throughout this cycle, thankfully its not pct time or I don't think I'd stop crying lol.

    I haven't really told anyone what's been going on as to why I am such a wreck right now, but I know I can find some support from my bro's on here. I just recently found out that my fiancÚ died this weekend. I knew something was up when I didn't hear from her for a couple days. She was hit by another driver on her way home from work Saturday morning. I'm completely distraught over her death and would do anything to have her back. I haven't been able to sleep or eat and have been contemplating aborting the cycle. With such stress on my mind and body, I'm not to sure if being ON is the best thing to do right now.

    Thanks everyone for the kind words, the cycle is still up in the air. It is/was *past tense **** makes me cry now wtf* mainly for her. I wanted to look like a ripped beast for her, as well as the wedding of course. After the depression I had gone through before she came into my life and brightened up my world, I've been plummited back into that hole, just deeper and harder than before. Not one second goes by where I don't feel like throwing my hand through whatever is in its way. I've been yelling at anyone who looks at me the wrong way, and this morning threw out my address to some ethug I knew in high school.

    My head is just everywhere, as for now though cycle is still on. Considering i'm still taking my support supps, dosed UDCA today .250mg *1 day late, but it doesn't honestly matter, I have that wiggle room with it* The only thing that may not make the cycle as effective is my eating and sleeping. 2 hours of sleep today and I haven't really eaten much at all, no appetite for anything. *That happened on my first SD run too though*

    EDIT:
    Will abandon cycle if I throw up my dose, only then lol

    Will abandon cycle if I throw up my dose and i'm too puss to pick it out of my vomit and reswallow it *this happened first cycle LOOOOOOLLLLL!!!!!!!!

    Emotional workouts are horrible for me, have you ever tried lifting while crying, it's almost like trying to do it while laughing, except its not enjoyable. This forum is for working out, not my personal problems I suppose. Time to quit bitching, moping, and whining, she's never coming back.

    Back on topic I guess: Took my 10mg SD, UDCA this morning, headed to my parents to pick up all the goodies i've ordered *it's like my mail service lol*. Finally i get to get an accurate dose of UDCA!!! I got a scale, my cycle assist, jack3d, something else I can't remember and Erase. I figured for the price and what I have coming up, it may be better to save the Exem for a more in depth cycle. It's just SD and my body does well on the stuff naturally, so Erase should be plenty.

    FYI: I don't know how to dose the Erase, but i'll look it up if you don't beat me too it. I'm outties, be back with an update after the gym. Lets see if I don't make a few puddles in there

    The gym helped take my mind off of things for the whole 50 minutes I was there. Lol, I don't get why everyone works out for so long, I get my **** done. Anyways, not much talking on this post, don't feel up to it.

    Pullups - BW 10/8/3 *finished off on the assisted machine*
    DB Shoulder Press - 22.5
    DB Shrug - 60
    Skull Crusher - 47.5
    DB Curl - 22.5

    I love that my gym has 2.5 increments on db's. Side note, Erase, my scale, DAA, Jack3d all showed up today.

    Yeah man. Anytime I'm stressed I try to save it for the weights. Helps with my focus. Your situation is different though... just do your best and get through it

    Don't do anything you will regret later. Like everyone else has said "Make sure you take out the emotions the right way (In the gym!)"     You guys are helping out a ton with your support. Thank you all so much. Thankfull, and also sadly my roommate has been going through some SEVERE depression issues, back and forth from the psych ward and what not. I say thankfully for that because it gives me something else to concentrate on, trying to keep him from flipping out is going to keep me from flipping out too lol. Except today at work, we are flipping the hell out the both of us lol. Throwing our tools everywhere and getting pissed at the bugs all up in our face.

    Cycle note: I have to watch my strength and my left shoulder, I know that if I don't watch it i'm going to jack myself up. Today is going to be lower b and i'm pretty stoked for deadlifts. If there's anything that makes you forget about whats going on in life, that would be squats and deadlifts, I can't think of anything but the lift when performing it.

    Aight, I gotta get outta here and back to work. Thanks again for all the support guys.

    PS:
    Up 1 pound even after no sleep and not much eating as of yesterday. I got some rest last night, but feeling lethargic as hell today at work, even after a 5 hour energy when I got up. No energy to be working outside lol. I did just pound down a 6 inch from Subway and feeling better. Note to self, eat before you leave to work

    Just got back from the gym, got down on lower B. Tonight before the gym someone said something that triggered me hard over my loss. Drove 90+ all the way to the gym, I got there and straight to work. Pulled +70 in the dead lift from last week, and because I'm stupid and my head was somewhere else, +170 on the leg press. My new gym has 100 pound plates and for some reason I thought stacking 2 on each side was only 200 pounds and that I was going to cheat myself out of 30 pounds that I did last week. Well ****, homeboy couldn't add, so instead of 200, it was really 400. Started seeing stars after the reps on the last set.

    Lower B:
    Deadlift - 225
    Leg Press - 400
    Leg Curl - 50
    Standing Calf - 165 *3x15
    Leg Raise - 3lbs XD
    Side Bend - BW

    I had to go out of order with leg curl and calf raises before the leg press, which is why I figured i'd cheat myself out of not pushing past what I did the last week which was 230. Go figure I added 170 to my lift, da fwuark!!!!!!!!

    Careful dude, you're going to separate a ligament or rip a tendon upping the weight that quick. But since you didn't, way to go!

    I just like to work my way back up to the weight I was doing before even though I know I could possibly do it. I still had full ROM and 400 is just around short of the mark I've been to before, I've always had a killer leg press. Back in high school, my roommate, his little brother and I all pressed 650, with no idea how in the hell we could do it lol. I also feel that I could push my legs much harder than I do, but like you said, I might hurt myself. I'm real careful on squats and deads to use proper form, i'm mostly worried about my left shoulder getting hurt.

    Bench - 135
    Bent Row - 145
    Military Press - 70
    BB Shrug - 205
    Close Grip Bench - 105
    BB Curl - 70

    Lifts are going up, but that's expected even without SD. I haven't noticed any effects of the SD yet, then again it is only day 10. I have bumped up to 20mg a day. I get 10mg when I wake up and 10mg an hour before work. I don't think I've gained any weight on the scale, but I believe it's an even trade of fat for muscle. I don't care if I gain any weight on this cycle, being shredded as fuark is where it's at. I'm just waiting on those abs to start showing like when I pull my stomach skin down lol. When that happens, I think I'll start to be a little bit happier with myself.

    I missed Lower A yesterday, but i'll be in there today making it up. I did something last night that has my knee being tender today, I don't know what I did.

    Methastadrol by Hard Rock, if I'm not seeing anything after this week then I'll bump up to 30mg. I've never been a big responder to drugs so that could be the problem here. My weight isn't up, no increase of appetite or loss, no skin ripping pumps, no aggression, so I don't know

    I have read from a couple of different sources while going through the google machine that Methastadrol is probably underdosed a bit, but I read that it isn't bunk. Today though, after that post I got hit hard with lethargy, fell asleep for an hour and did not at all want to get to the gym. Took that Jack3d and BOOM awake as **** lol. I had a pretty good workout too, and I'm noticing the recovery and drive while at the gym to keep going after my workout. I'm in and out today in 45-60 minutes, just like most of my workouts. I will without a doubt be bumping to 30 for the rest of the cycle, weeks 3-5. Probably 10mg with my fish oil and multi and 20mg pre workout.

    Lower A: 3x6-10

    Squats - 205 +20
    Stiff Leg DL - 225 +40
    Leg Extensions - 150 +30
    Seated Calf - 65 3x20 +20
    NS Situps - 15 +5 @ 10 second hold *+7 seconds hold time*
    Hypers - 10 3x10

    Thanks Dave, always happy to have you along in the ride. I'm doing well with coping with my loss, but it is what it is. I was gonna update yesterday but the site was down. Lol, I suppose they do maintenance during those hours when I'm up and no one else is.

    Upper B:
    Incline Bench - 115 +20
    Pullups - BW 10/7/7 *+2 total BW*
    DB Shoulder Press - 30 +7.5
    DB Shrug - 75 +15
    Skull Crusher - 57.5 +10
    DB Curl - 25 +2.5

    It's totally kicking in now, I can tell from letargy as well as how fast my body is changing in the mirror. Weight isn't doing much, but then again I've actually never gained while on SD, plus I'm looking for a recomp more than anything. Lets get looking good naked first, then we'll get bigger

    Ugh, that weeds keeping me out of the gym lol. Just kidding, it makes off days super relaxing, but I always want to run up in the gym at night but can't cause i'm too stoned to drive. Maybe a good thing so I don't **** myself up. I'm getting my skin to feel like it's so tight it's going to rip, somewhat painful on my legs, just like the first time I did SD. I did also decide to myself i'm upping to 30 next week and for the remainder of the cycle, I think methastadrol could be underdosed a bit, maybe 7-8mg per pill, but how the hell would I even know that....Gonna take my UDCA today, and hit the gym. Maybe if I hit up walmart or something I'll definitely go check my blood pressure considering the machine is too much fun to play with anyways :P I'm running behind on my workout schedule, hitting lower b today, means a couple days late. Yesterday I was super super sore though, and I can attest this to being low on food. Sooooooo.....

    Yes thank god! I've always felt that SD should be a recomp/cutting agent more than the bulk. I'm losing body fat like mad right now, and still increased 5 pounds in the gym. Weighed in today 175 so +5. Abs are starting to show, gotta love strict diets :P Lol, looks like the only thing after the gym I could think about was food. Didn't check the BP or get fish oil. It's all good, I have my next week already laid out. I just want my dam boss to get back from his trip already so I can get some money in my wallet. I'm pushing $20 for the next week, which I'll pay in gas to get to the gym. Is that gonna stop, **** no! That's what I do, I eat, sleep, go to the gym, and repeat. No lifer!

    Lower B:
    Deadlift - 245 +20
    Leg Press - 450 +50
    Leg Curl - 60 +10
    Standing Calf - 165 *3x20 +5 reps*
    Leg Raise - 5 +2
    Side Bend - 10 +10

    Never sweat so much in the gym before, never been so ****ing confused about **** either. I don't know if it's the SD or what, but i'm getting emotional and when that happens I get angry and when that happens I throw ****. I've been able to hold it all in so far, but I just don't like feeling this way.

I'm still not noticing the crazy crazy pumps, but I am getting the skin splitting feeling on my leg, which has always been an indicator to me that I'm ON, no matter the compound it happens. I'd expect strength to be blowing up, but not really seeing that. I could attest this to eating at maintenance maybe lower. I haven't been able to eat much the past few days, my mind has been ****ing with me hard.

    Probably didn't read the edit on the post above, but I think i'm going to leave that just there as the teaser picture and maybe one more in the cycle depending on if I wanna be mysterious or not XD. So far, I'm feeling that adding in cardio weeks 4-5 will help shred me out more, although I believe I could get dem abs looking real good without a minute of cardio. I'm just feeling like running after the gym, so it'll probably happen

    I'll be for sure throwing in the cardio, just unsure how i'll do it. I think leisurely is the only way I'll actually do cardio, as I hate running. I did go into the bathroom and stared myself down. For sures have to start running to get rid of the lower stomach fat that I've ALWAYS had a problem with. Lets blast this ****!!!!

    Shoulda took a pic of post workout *breakfast* lol, half pound steak, 5 eggs, salsa, wheat tortilla with a slice of swiss. About to wash it down with THE BEST DAM SHAKE EVER!!!!!!!! 2 scoops chocolate whey, banana, pb - it's my idea of heaven

    I like doing cardio seperate from lifting. Like do it at 6am then I lift around 4pm. If I don't its usually cardio right after I lift. Never right before
