You guys are helping out a ton with your support. Thank you all so much. Thankfull, and also sadly my roommate has been going through some SEVERE depression issues, back and forth from the psych ward and what not. I say thankfully for that because it gives me something else to concentrate on, trying to keep him from flipping out is going to keep me from flipping out too lol. Except today at work, we are flipping the hell out the both of us lol. Throwing our tools everywhere and getting pissed at the bugs all up in our face.
Cycle note: I have to watch my strength and my left shoulder, I know that if I don't watch it i'm going to jack myself up. Today is going to be lower b and i'm pretty stoked for deadlifts. If there's anything that makes you forget about whats going on in life, that would be squats and deadlifts, I can't think of anything but the lift when performing it.

Up 1 pound even after no sleep and not much eating as of yesterday. I got some rest last night, but feeling lethargic as hell today at work, even after a 5 hour energy when I got up. No energy to be working outside lol. I did just pound down a 6 inch from Subway and feeling better. Note to self, eat before you leave to work
