    'Run To The Hills'-KgTomCat's Oxyguno Log


    I will be running Oxyguno by Spectra Force.."The formulation seems to be good: 4-chloro-17α-methyl-etioallochol-4-ene-17β-ol-3,11-dione, its similar to H-Drol, but with a higher A:A ratio, and the 4-chloro inhibit aromatization and the hairloss risk is very low with that kind of compound. Its "clean" and safe"

    most logs Ive read are ran at 3-4 ED, I will be dosing at 6/6/8/8/10/10...this may change, depending on how I feel

    might stack it with Furaguno, this is still a big 'maybe'

    Support Supps:
    fish oil
    hawthorne berry
    saw palmetto

    PCT
    Nolva-MAYBE
    HyperDrol X2
    ReCycle
    Creatine mono
    Tribulus
    Milk Thistle/Liver Care

    Diet
    250-300g protein
    75-250g carbs
    30-50g fat
    -cycle carbs (100/100/100/100/100/250/250)

    proteins will be fish, chicken, steak, tuna, WHEY, EGGS, turkey, and PB
    fats will be from Evoo (Extra virgin olive oil), PB (naturally more), whole eggs
    carbs will be whole grain bread, brown rice, OATS


    IF I chose to run Oxy solo
    O-6/6/8/8/10/10
    or stack with Furaguno
    O-6/6/8/8/10/10
    F-0/200/300/300/400/400

    Give it hell and start at 4 caps a day. U have 3 bottles. If I had 3 bottles I'd run 10 caps a day! Well maybe 7-8 so I can go for 5-6 weeks

    switching up PCT to Recycle, Hyperdrol, creatine mono, trib...still unsure about SERMing it or not

    i doubt you'll need a serm for something fairly mild like this. i mean its roughly as strong as promagnon, which is milder than hdrol. i'd still have a SERM on hand though.

    Silver and DarkHalf, good to have yall in here! Im hoping my appetite isn't too big for this (Im trying to not get crazy with macros) just high protein, moderate fat and every once in a while hit the high carb mark...

    BTW, IMO maybe the minimal effective dosing of Oxy could be 8caps/day.

    Its 7.5mg/caps, so 8x7.5=60mg

    Oxy is very similar to HDrol, and HDrol must be taken in 50mg/day or more to get gains.

    But it may work very well. Try and get some black pepper extract to take it with and grapefriit juice

    hi i am 18,and i want to start 6 weeks Dianabol sycle.So can any one tell me please how much of d-bol should i use,and what supplements i need to take while im on d-bol.also i need to know what PCT do i need.Does any one know how much weight i gonna gain on cycle and how much i gonna lose after cycle.WHAT IS THE SIDE EFFECTS AT AGE OF18.Thank you

    Don't use either of those

    No shotgun is loaded with un neccecary **** and jacked may be to powerfull

    Go on NP get arginine citruline and if they have the powder norvaline

    I would avoid any preWO until PCT. Caffeine will raise your BP (which we all know causes headaches) and the creatine that is in those preWO products will just add extra work to your liver.

    I have hathorne berry for BP issues (if any) there is only 5g of creatine...but I will stay off it, Ive been off of NOS for about a month, I was addicted badly.

    I took 3 scoops of NO Explode on Hdrol once and I almost had a seizure

    thought I would mention how I'm dosing the Oxy, in the a.m. and p.m. I was thinking about a.m., mid-day, and p.m. but if I remember correctly its half-life is 12 hours

    Im going to the lake for the weekend, it will be a good 3 day rest, then Monday, Ill start with the first dose of Oxy of 2 with breakfast and 2 with my whey shake/2 tbsp of natty PB before bed

    well Im back and ready to tear $hit up! tmrw morning will be the first dose, first thing in the morning on a empty stomach. Then 30 min later will be my first meal of oats and eggs. It will be the first lo my new carb cycling diet.
    Also my new split will be
    Mon- Chest/Tri's
    Tues- Back/Bi's
    Wed- Legs/Shoulders
    Thus- rest
    Fri- Deads
    Sat & Sun- rest

    abs will be done every day (except rest) cardio will be after every lifting session

    diet had been solid...felt lethargic in the gym, or I was just tired, but still felt strong on main lifts, had a nice sweat
