    First, I know that I am not in this pic. I apologize and accept if it gets DQ'd. I did not have an opportunity to have one of my friends take the photo as I could only go by myself. (very busy sched) With that said here is the story of the F-15 and why I find it interesting and unique.

    "A yearlong community effort will culminate in January, when a rebuilt F-15 fighter jet is dedicated to local hero Brian McVeigh at Memorial Park.

    McVeigh, 21, was one of 18 American airmen killed in June 1996, when a terrorist bomb exploded outside his barracks in Saudi Arabia.

    His death inspired dozens of local citizens, leaders and civic groups to build a memorial in his honor. When finished, it will be an exact replica of the jet that McVeigh, who was crew chief, worked on in Saudi Arabia. The jet bears McVeigh's name on the ****pit, and will be mounted at an angle to simulate takeoff."

    Welcome to my home gym, "Team Dans Dungeon". This may not be a famous site in my home town but I think its relevant to everyone interest. In the past year I have accumulated everything in my home gym. I have spent roughly 12-1300 dollars are everything, DBs were the only thing that were really expensive. They are some vintage york dbs from the 80's maybe 70's. I have roughly 600 pounds in plates, dbs up to 100lbs, smith machine, squat rack with cables, several benches, and my homemade sled and prowler(not pictured).

    Over the last 6 months I have not worked out in a commercial gym. I sometimes miss the camaraderie and gym talk. But the convenience, not worry about unracking weights, listening to my own music, just the overall freedom is all worth it.

    First one is me at the old Busch Stadium in StL after a Cards game in high school (the last year before they moved into the new stadium).

    This was at my college. They turned an old sorority house into a house for international students after the end of my sophomore year and ever since then, I wanted to do this. Finally, one night, me and my friends got the posterboard and threw it up.

    And the last photo was taken outside of my parents' home yesterday. Apparently the deer was hungry and bird food sounded good.

    Since i am a really quick eater this is one of the best pieces of advice i was ever given and is best used when cutting IMO.

    Hold the fork with ur opposite hand. This will slow down how fast u can eat and it will register within ur body that you are full quicker. Thus helping you eat less.

    Mine is going pretty well I think. Tonight I did a 1 rep max dead lift at 245lbs... after warming up of course. Not a lot but I weigh 140 so I thought that was pretty good considering I never really do them. Then did a 10x2 with 75% of my max with 1min rest between sets. Then some ab work.
