Current Goal: Build tons of muscle and make all kinds of gains. Keep additional fat gains to a minimum and keep growing.
Training style: I take a bit from Curt the brute Dennis Jr. as well as some old school training. Right now I train legs twice a week as well and back and biceps as well as chest and triceps. 8-12 reps per exercise and 4-5 sets per exercise.
Nutrition style: Lots of food but minimal on the excess fats. I eat alot of chicken, tuna, and greek yogurt as well as protein powder. I take all the basic multi-vitamins and have been for a long time.
Age: definitely over 18 because I was a tester which was awesome
