-I've been lifting for 10 years and I played college football.

Body Fat: 15-20%: I haven’t taken any measurements lately. Most of my bf is stubborn stomach adipose. Plus I am a hardcore endomorph who gets that womanly hour glass figure if I stop working out. Which I did for a good 9 months, due to a car accident. I'm back in the game and roaring to go.

Goals: I was recently in a car accident, half way through a Test E/ Tren/Anavar cycle, roughly 8 + months ago. I broke both of my legs and fractured my hand. I've fully recovered and I'm trying to get back into shape; I'm working it harder than ever. Hope this doesn't count as a "medical condition?"

A little bit more info: I haven't logged anything before. But I'd be willing to log more than 3 times per week. Hell, I log my all of my workouts anyway, for personal reasons.

-I am sticking to a strict diet, no cheat meals, and lots of cardio. I am hoping to slim down to about 215-220 within 3 months. Prior to my accident I was at about 9-10% bf and weighed about 235 lbs. Since the accident I've gained a ton of weight, mainly due to a poor diet and because I was in a wheel chairs for 6 months.
