well ,I just started on a new training program as this is my biggest mass phase of the year.i’m currently 197 pounds and training twice weekly with three to four sets a workout not counting warm-ups.this is mike mentzer style training to failure.i have also been starting a very short cycle of 11-oxo just to see how it proforms and I really think it’s a great supplement so far.i who like to hear others stories of HIT training as I really like it but like it or not just speak out and say your mind on it.

bench 170 for 6,deadlift 280,squated 260 ,rowed 130,curl 90.body fat's probably around 10 percent

Most experienced weightlifters have multiple pictures of their bodies. I would be interested to see a pic of this 10% body fat you speak of...

i don't have a digital camara,thats why i haven't had muilp.photos up.i also am not saying i have below 3% bodyfat or any thing like that,i merely gave a good guess.

leg extension 95 for reps just a few days ago,gaining no weight though,suspect i need to eat more calories,carbs in pic.

11oxo isn't going to do much for you unless its dosed around 400+mg a day... at that point it can very well cause shutdown.. hope you planned this out guru.
