| Registered User | In reply to to the questions on stacking l dopa,steroidal saponoids,and 11-oxo,I think this would most likely be a fair stack,if a little mismatched.On ss you need to be very carefull.many are inactive and useless.some of these compounds have been used successfully in Russia,and certain cobanations of these ss can be used successfully.however you must study each of these compounds on teir own rather then grouping them togerher as a group.11-oxo can be very usefull I belive if you stack this compound with the right supplements like 6-oxo or a pro hormone. Large increases in mass and strengh are dinfintely possible.Why I said to not try ss at first was because I was afaird you would try something like tibilus that are proveing to be useless in more and more studies lately.l-dopa is a intresting supplement for sure,but does it work????? Perhaps.personally I would relie on more studied supplements like anti-estrogens and fitigue inhibitors like B-alanine.try no-shotgun[which I have personally used.]stacked with 11-oxo and novadex-xt or maybe somw prohormone like luqud mastedrol or superdrol.this stack is most dinfinely a good one and one I would recommend much more than l-dopa stacked with ss and 11-oxo.[note,I also have tried novadex and can say it was a very good supplement.] |

| Registered User | i am sure 11-oxo has ardrogeric effects,though i do notsure how bad these are. how i know is that i have personly heard pitrick arnold[the maker of 11-oxo]say that 11-oxo has adro effects in aradio interview,althought he seemed to indicate that adro effects were quite smalll. |

| Registered User | I’m really feel better since starting anti-estrogens,and my conditioning is really improveing.still doing 2-30 mintue cardio sessions,but I am really starting to see the effects now.here’s my diet rundown for a normal day.[ 7:30 protien shake,40 grams whey.one aniti estrogen pill. 9:00 four eggs,2 strips becon. 11:00,wrap made with roast beef and chesse. 1:30 one can tuna plus natural peanut butter. 3:30, pre- workout shake.4:30 post workout shake made of 40 gram whey plus dry milk in cutting phase,sugar in gaining.5:30-6:00 dinner[what ever I’m having that night.8:00 sandwhich and tuna with natural peanut butter.and that a close to what I eat,althought I shift what I eat dayily,but little is changed. Ps: I have started takeing two caps of a “GH BOOSTER”which includes a compound that is standerize to 99% l-dopa,the so asked about supplement,hopefully I can give a update to the usefulness of this compound.for thuse amoung you who read ironman, this compound I am takeing called “ I-GH-1” very much resembled the famed GH-STACK,a very expensive but seemingly effective supplement which is something to really think about if this stuff works. |
