dude, the guru has never claimed to be massive, he's just aiming for 220lbs.

i give him credit as he answer's the questions posted very well and for a young guy, he knows his sh.it! plus i've never seen someone who can't be rocked by negative comments which so many people on forums can't handle and lose the plot on.

he got flamed hard at the strart of this thread, done evrything asked of him and he's hang in there, that's 10/10 in my book.

how does one attain atonement with the Guru? i've already tried prayer whilst sniffing solvents so as to make my mind transcend the primitive state. i saw myself on a black cloud, and in every direction i turned, there was nothing. nothing but silence. i turned left. silence. i turned right. nothing. i turned back. silence. i turned forward again. and there was the guru.

he looked at me and i instantly began to weep. i knew not the power he would have over me. i asked to be a part of his kind-dom, and he told me i was not ready. right as he told me, expansive wings like that of an angel's grew from his delts. he wafted them in front of me, and as he did so, one of the feathers floated from the wing and landed at my feet on the black cloud. it was a large feather. he then said, "that's where you begin."

i awoke. i picked my head up off of my desk, and right there, on my laptop, was a single feather...a feather of the same hue as the gu's. oh great guru, i am following, and soon i will be ready.

oh shlt, i need to run out and buy more spray paint.

What is your take on this program? i know what program your talking abot,from ironman right?as to what i think i don't really know as i've never tried it.i would like to know your results however as it does sound promising.
