ok GURU,on a serious note the only part of your body which looks like your actually working it is your lats,what main excercises do u use for them?Also what ever motivation u use on back day sink it into the rest of our body part work-outs and you might get some where.

But your the GURU,not me what do i know....lol

i was typing something to the guru when my lady walked by the computer, looked at the screen, and saw the guru. now she wants me to grow my hair like his and work harder on my physique. thanks a lot for being so badass guru! now i have an impossible task!

carbs per meal-75-250 grams(depend on idv.,,,if their taking roids,enzymes ect.,protien probably 30-50 natural,100-150 roids,enzymes.fats probably 25-50 grams.

I would say the total carbohydrate level per meal would be more dependant on goals and bodily insulin sensitivity rather than supplement use (although I can see where you are coming from as far as higher carb use while on a hormonal product). I personally will take in anywhere from 50-175 grams of carbs (and obviously have not used anything hormonal to date) depending on my goals and level of activity for the day.
