    As a fellow (albeit non-native) Viking, I too used to hate the heat. Until I tried it out. Gallon of water in a sauna (hot f*cking gym,) while slamming f*cking weight is an experience that can't be duplicated in the cold.

    lol you can keep it my friend... I had that in Iraq... the gym was near 100 degrees daily... hated every moment of it lol

    lol let's hope so!!! I couldn't believe how the bench came alive during the game. Was real fun to watch. I really like how they were sending Nash and AS in and then sat them back down after an amazing play... epic!!

    I like it hot but not stifling. I need air movement. Even if truly 100% if there is a big fan blowing some air around I am good to go. As long as everybody knows the clean up after yourself rules that is. Otherwise someone may get throttled.

    Oh the slap of the glove. Good thing he wasn't a Knight eh TG that armored glove would have had to suck! Heck I am in too, give me 4 weeks and I will hit 3 count them 3 reps with 130. Oh yeah wait a minute the gym I go to now is only up to 125 per DB, so 4 with 125. LOL I wonder if I realize I am the small guy here???? Ahhh who cares!!!

    My dumbbells only go to 150 . It's cool tho. I just do my 1 arm extensions with them, suspended 8 from the ground.

    I don't know **** aboat basketball but I keep an eye on what Steve Nash is up to, and he does us proud. Takes a lickin and keeps on tickin. They were asking the hockey players what they think of him on sport centre this morning. They all admired him greatly. His teammate said "He's Canadian, if he quits because of a facial laceration then he gets deported" lol

    alright was unable to go to the good gym here, but hit the hotel one... and it is a normal crapy hotel gym. I did a LOT of adjusting and making up lifts here with the few machines... so-
    Back
    Wide grip pull downs:
    4 sets of 12 with 225 (no idea how this weight compares to my normal gym)

    Seated row: done sitting on floor lol
    3 sets 200 (this one only went to 200) did 12 reps each

    Bent over cable row - had to get creative here... done like a BB row... kind of lol
    4 sets of 12 at 150lbs

    tried doing straight arm push downs, but there wasn't enough room with a treadmill right there
    Biceps- not much to do here...
    Sitting on the ground cable curls, using the row.
    put the elbows on the knees to lock them in place... was very odd, but hit the bicep
    3 sets 10 at 100lbs

    kettle ball curls- they only had a pair of 20's... stupid gym
    did those 25 times - 3 sets

    was frustrated and left.
    the strength was there, but the equipment wasn't. Will be home tomorrow night late... Monday back at the old gym (Thank goodness)

    went to Outback and had grilled lamb, a sweet potato, and salad with EVOO. one of the better meals

    Getting slightly more acne from the TestoPro... HELZ YES!!! that means it's working!!!

    I like the creativity!! Hey sometimes you just have to get it done despite the lack of equipment. I really think they need to make a chain of hotels throughout the World geared towards lifters and athletes.....
