Benched 275 for 12 reps. Sorry I couldn't come through with the max, didn't want to hurt my shoulder with more weight
Took the blue up and 20mg nolva today. Didn't like the caffine rush in the blue up.. might start at 1 cap/day for a few days and then bump it up to 2 caps.
Can definately feel/see the difference. Idk if it's really kicking in or taking less milk thistle did it but I like it. M-drol is legit

Yeah give it time. I don't know if your taking milk thistle but I think it might inhibit gains.Thats awesome man!!! Liking your strength gains since Im a powerlifter haha Im on day 9 of my cycle right now and was wondering why it wasnt kicking in yet, but ive been feeling all the effects that you said you were feeling in the first couple of weeks w/o much strength and size gains, so this log gave me some good hope about my batch being bad... And your arms look dieseled now from what they were before.

You should be able to reach that fairly easy. If your going for strength don't worry about isolation for tris or shoulders, just stick to compound presses. Flat bench, incline, decline, military press, etc, with dumbells too..That's stout man. I hope to see about the same gain. I started at 295 so hopefully i can get up to about 330 as well
Right now I'm only training for strength and size. Idk my max lifts because I don't max out very often, but I might soon as my joints are feeling better.Looking good so far, I'm on microdrol at 2ml a day and I'm running it at 2ml for 8 weeks
Whats your max lifts and I'm guessing your looking for lean mass with low bf, do you train for endurance or more for strength?
If you want to increase your bench your going to have to isolate your triceps a little bit........ I do a Metal Militia type training where I work the Low end of my bench with chest and shoulder assistance on Monday and the Top end of my bench on Friday with tricep assistance... On Monday I'll do a heavy wide grip bench with my index on the ring of the bar, or a 1 board or a 2 board, then some pin presses with a wide grip and then some isolated shoulder and chest work and on Friday I'll do either a heavy close grip bench with index near the smooth part of the bar or a decline bench with pinkys on the ring, then I'll do some skullcrushers and pressdowns........ and wednesday I do legs and back.... there is tons of other exercises you can use but thats just my workout right now... metal militia type workouts are the way to really jack your bench upYou should be able to reach that fairly easy. I like to utilize movements that are functional to other lifts such as the cgbp. I also add only a few isolation exercises in addition to my compound movements. Looking strong man. I tried Militia type training 3 or 4 months ago. A friend recommended, said it worked for him, but my results weren't as good.
Whatever you respond to the best is what you should do, since everyone's body is different.

Did bench and back yesterday since I missed a couple workouts.
Tried the fixed bench. Put up 365lb x 3 and did 295 x 12. I know it's not as hard as a real bench. But I figure is I can do 365 x 3 with a fixed bar then I can do (365-45lb) 320 x 3 with a normal bench. Not bad.. I have been losing weight but I'm cutting so it's not a bad thing. Getting ready for spring break.

You say that as if it is factualFormastane decreases libido. But I am thinking of running it to dry gains up..
AIs CAN harm sex drive, if estrogen is obliterated and not merely "controlled". At that point you would begin to notice other symptoms from low estro as well - i.e. dry joints. But don't be mistaken. Formestane will not only raise your endogenous production of T, but will itself convert into 4-OH- Test, which is supposed to be roughly 25% as anabolic as natural Test, but anabolic none the less. The combination of rising natural test, and supplemental 4-OH-T is most likely the culprit for what most people experience in terms of libido increase. Especially if you have never run an AI before, I think you will fall in love with Formestane.I was under the impression that all AIs harmed sex drive, although I've never takin one. Formastane is weaker so perhaps it does somehow raises test indirectly..I will be using it sooner or later. Only one way to find out!
