Did bench and some shoulders today. Couldn't lift over 300lbs due to my shoulders but I did 275 for 6reps easily - could've done it 10.

I do feel it working but it's not working miracles. Honestly, I feel like with creatine and proper diet/training I could achieve similar results..

No sides, except maybe lathargy. Felt something under my nips yesterday but it went away. Took 5mg of nolva, which I don't plan to continue. Was probably in my head.

Feeling/looking solid. Strength is up.

The boys have gotten smaller. Is tamox and natty test booster enough to bring them back? Should I be using anything like fenugreek ?

BTW I am taking 5mg of nolva every night.. it might be in my head but I think it keeps my nips less irratated:dunno:

Day 20:
Did legs today - squats and leg extensions.
BIG increase in strength. Didn't weigh in since I worked out at home, but I'm feelin solid.

I haven't squatted over 185lb for 10 times and today at my house I did 135x10, 185x12 205x12, 235x10 pretty easily.. It's the mdrol and my virgin legs. Never worked them too much, but I'm starting to feel like a real body builder now that everything is filling in. Not just a douche at the gym workin bis and chest lol jk
Really starting to kick in, can't wait for this next week!

If my shoulder gets a lil better we might see some big numbers on the bench for a real strength test - Pray!

Day 21:

Did bench today. Got 275 up 10 times..not bad. Wasn't feeling too solid today. Didn't want to go over 300 even though my shoulder feels better.

Started creatine mono today at 10grams. I'm gonna do 10grams per day until day 28, then I will go down to 5 grams. I'm just trying to get it in affect before I start pct.

Weighed in at 190 - bf% is getting lower though

Day 27:
No workout today. Tomarrow is my last day.

Did back yesterday. Strength is up.
I've been taking 5 or 10 grams of creatine mono since day 21. Should be ready for pct.

I'm going to run nolva 20/20/15/10. I'll see how that feels, may be subject to change.

I'm doing bench tomarrow. Will try to max out.

I'm weighing around 190-191 lean. My bodyfat has dropped - i did eat dirty during the superbowl though.

Will take after pictures and work out before/after stats

Btw, interesting side note: my heart rate is slower. I did roughly 5 mins of cardio and I stayed in the 145-150bpm range. A few months ago it would have been 170ish
Thoughts?

Took the blue up and 20mg nolva today. Didn't like the caffine rush in the blue up.. might start at 1 cap/day for a few days and then bump it up to 2 caps.

Can definately feel/see the difference. Idk if it's really kicking in or taking less milk thistle did it but I like it. M-drol is legit

Damn dude, 275 x 12 ? I wish... What would you guess your pre and post cycle 1 rep maxes are?

Liking your strength gains since Im a powerlifter haha Im on day 9 of my cycle right now and was wondering why it wasnt kicking in yet, but ive been feeling all the effects that you said you were feeling in the first couple of weeks w/o much strength and size gains, so this log gave me some good hope about my batch being bad... And your arms look dieseled now from what they were before.

Yeah give it time. I don't know if your taking milk thistle but I think it might inhibit gains.

I really noticed gains in my back (lats) and legs since those were weak points before.

Cycle Day - 29

Took 20mg nolva this morning. Half hour later I took 1 blue up cap with a protein shake (20grams slow acting protein, 20 grams fast acting protein, 1 cup milk, 2-4 tablespoons peanut butter, and creatine mono).
About 4 hours later I took the 2nd cap plus all my other supps: 2 flex-a-min joint pills, 2 milk thistle caps(200mg ea), 4 cylce assist, and 1 multi vit.
I got on the bench today-my friend wanted to see me bench- and I did 275 x 12 easily by myself. My shoulder is feeling better after about 4 or 5 days of joint supps so I might max out soon. I'm thinking 330 and hoping 350, we'll see.
Pct going good so far. Tomarrow I'm doing legs


PS: I would be taking more cycle assist but I am short supplied

That's stout man. I hope to see about the same gain. I started at 295 so hopefully i can get up to about 330 as well :)
You should be able to reach that fairly easy. If your going for strength don't worry about isolation for tris or shoulders, just stick to compound presses. Flat bench, incline, decline, military press, etc, with dumbells too..

Looking good so far, I'm on microdrol at 2ml a day and I'm running it at 2ml for 8 weeks :)

Whats your max lifts and I'm guessing your looking for lean mass with low bf, do you train for endurance or more for strength?
Right now I'm only training for strength and size. Idk my max lifts because I don't max out very often, but I might soon as my joints are feeling better.

Thats interesting. I've read about 5mg dosing and apparently it yields decent results. Never seen 8 weeks though.

You should be able to reach that fairly easy. If your going for strength don't worry about isolation for tris or shoulders, just stick to compound presses. Flat bench, incline, decline, military press, etc, with dumbells too..
If you want to increase your bench your going to have to isolate your triceps a little bit........ I do a Metal Militia type training where I work the Low end of my bench with chest and shoulder assistance on Monday and the Top end of my bench on Friday with tricep assistance... On Monday I'll do a heavy wide grip bench with my index on the ring of the bar, or a 1 board or a 2 board, then some pin presses with a wide grip and then some isolated shoulder and chest work and on Friday I'll do either a heavy close grip bench with index near the smooth part of the bar or a decline bench with pinkys on the ring, then I'll do some skullcrushers and pressdowns........ and wednesday I do legs and back.... there is tons of other exercises you can use but thats just my workout right now... metal militia type workouts are the way to really jack your bench up

I like to utilize movements that are functional to other lifts such as the cgbp. I also add only a few isolation exercises in addition to my compound movements. Looking strong man. Kill it.

Took 40mg nolva yesterday, my nips were slightly sore. Might take 40 today even though they aren't bothering me anymore.
Worked shoulders yesterday. Still gaining strength, but trying to cut.
Will get a good pic tomarrow when I work chest. Will probably do back today.

Tried the fixed bench. Put up 365lb x 3 and did 295 x 12. I know it's not as hard as a real bench. But I figure is I can do 365 x 3 with a fixed bar then I can do (365-45lb) 320 x 3 with a normal bench. Not bad.. I have been losing weight but I'm cutting so it's not a bad thing. Getting ready for spring break.

Yeah it's going okay. M drol isn't everything I thought it'd be though. Maybe I was a lil hyped about it.

I just noticed this wow I must say your doing a number in the gym. I'm going to hit the gym tonight and see if I can compare, great job once again young.

PCT Day 9:
Did legs and cardio yesterday, felt good

Weight: 188-189lbs (without clothes). Mostly in my legs/butt/lats. Got 275x4 at the end of my squat workout, felt good

Been getting the bodyfat down while maintaining strength.

I'm still taking 20mg nolva per day - bumped it up to 40mg on day 4 of pct due to slight nip irritation. Will probably do 20/20/10/10

Popping reduce xt 3 pills daily - i can go up to 6/day, probably won't tho

Blue Up 2 time daily - took it to 3 pill/day for a few days.. Sex drive still down, acne is down, appitite is good. I like the stimulant version..

Sleep has been good..i go to bed around 9pm and wake up 5-ish. It always feels good to naturally wake up before you have to.

I would like to see my sex drive increase. I have dhea on hand..but i know people have mixed opinions on that. Anything I can do ? Fenugreek?

You could taper (as in bridge) your Serm into a tapered AI cycle....something like Formestane would help control estro rebound as well as do wonders for your libido and support anabolism. If not a natty T booster like DTH would do. If you want more simple then just some of the components of those T-Boosters could possibly help.....epimedium, maca, tribulus, etc....

You say that as if it is factual

I saw the link previously, and I disagree. I bet there are a ton more on here that would agree with me too. I think that's a great educational site that PP put up but don't take everything it says as infallible. Formestane increases my libido, almost uncontrollably, and I have read plenty other logs that concur with what I experienced. Thats not to say its going to have the same effect on you, but I personally have never seen a case where Form killed libido. Who knows? I would hate to be the one who it did that too though, I fuc*king love formestane.

I was under the impression that all AIs harmed sex drive, although I've never takin one. Formastane is weaker so perhaps it does somehow raises test indirectly..I will be using it sooner or later. Only one way to find out!

PCT day 13

Weight is around 185. Strength is about the same, maybe a bit less.

BF% is definately down - Finally got rid of the lower belly bulge. Hello 8 pack! just gotta work on the damn lower packs that I've been fighting with forever.

Diet is clean as can be. Low salt/low fat/lowish sugar. Keeping the protein high. I take a 400 - 500 cal./50-90g protein shake [depends if I used natural peanut butter and non-fat milk or just water] in the morning and at night, plus I take fast acting protein before and after workouts.

Balls have definately regained their former glory in the last few days.

Everything is going suspiciously according to plan

Just took this. I know you are thinking ' hey that no big diff' but the thing is, thats Without a pump. I've never looked like that 'normally'. My other pics are right after a workout

I will post up a 'pumped' pic as soon as I can for a more accurate comparison, probably after the gym today.

AIs CAN harm sex drive, if estrogen is obliterated and not merely "controlled". At that point you would begin to notice other symptoms from low estro as well - i.e. dry joints. But don't be mistaken. Formestane will not only raise your endogenous production of T, but will itself convert into 4-OH- Test, which is supposed to be roughly 25% as anabolic as natural Test, but anabolic none the less. The combination of rising natural test, and supplemental 4-OH-T is most likely the culprit for what most people experience in terms of libido increase. Especially if you have never run an AI before, I think you will fall in love with Formestane.

This is interesting... why do you think the milk thistle inhibits gains? Do you think it maybe clears the SD out of the liver faster so not as much is absorbed? How much milk thistle were you taking?

Yeah I think it does. My friends say it definately did with the pplex they took. And yeah I think it clears it out and isn't absorbed as effectively.

There aren't really any reports about it but I feel it does..

As you can see I've shedded some body fat. That is about a 7 lb difference.

And yes I did get whiter since it's been too cold out to tan lol

Yeah I've been taking superdrone LV for about a week at 20 mg a day and I wasn't noticing as much as I was expecting, then I read your post about the milk thistle and something clicked...Did you know about how milk thistle could effect absorption before you started your cycle?

I did but I decided to sacrifice the gains to protect my liver. I wouldn't use milk thistle during another cycle.
