Update-

30mg Dbol
10mg Exemestane (liquid)

Diet- 2800 calories 150g carbs and rest was protein and fats.

No workout today my body was thrashed from last two days. So 1 rest day and I will do HIIT sprints tomorrow morning and then deadlifts in the afternoon after work.
I will hit more carbs tomorrow in preparation of the heavy lift session. My target will be 3300-3400 calories with a cardio burn of around 300-500.

My back was thrashed after the deads but my body needed a fast paced, heavy workout to shock it. Workout took just about 50 minutes. The dbol is still making me stronger...

Tomorrow I pin 300mg and will hit shoulders then legs on Saturday. That will give my CNS a break before legs as well as my lower back.

i finished a 3 week run of androgel, because i'm so vain that since i had a beach vacation i had to be beasting out of my clothes, at least compared to prior the first cycle. i can say today that i am glad that i ran out when i ddi, because i am recovering much faster without even the use of a SERM, though one is very likely once i get home. Key PCT is DAA and after i read a little about soy, i discovered that a dose of the disgusting protein at night (ONLY!!) is good for HGH, based on an obscure source due to heavy alcohol intoxication. I've gained immense weight and my awesome abs are completely covered in beer fat. But i don't have moobs so all is well so far. great job, Dave, I don't exactly know why i posted this on your thang. Guess its cause I'm tipsy. God Bless

Yeah man. I missed the gym from Tuesday to Thursday due to some family emergency that came up. Everything is good now and I am killing it again. tomorrow is my last day of dbol. I will be updating tomorrow after the gym with my last 3 lift sessions.

I'm hitting chest and back. This workout will emphasis back more than chest. Next one will be the other way around on Tuesday. I'm gunna leave a focking murder scene.

As far as the mirror... I look huge, lean and I was at a bar with some buddies and started talking to this girl. She told me I look like a roid monkey.... I said thanks. And I had a job offer at a local club to be a bouncer part time. Its a huge club that's really popular so I'm stoked!

Hell yeah dude, its like getting paid to kick ass lol. The only reason I ever got my job was my fighting background, or those drunken fools would of kicked my ass every time. There was this guy named Brad that we worked with who was definitely on gear, watching the videos of him tossing people out the next morning was always the best. You have to carry someone all the way out of the bar by their belt and just throw them out the doors!

Fyi, since you know my situation Dave I'll let you in on something. I'm about to head to work...Lol you know what that means!!!

I haven't been able to because I've been that broke, super deep into the negatives but before it causes any real damage I should an paid by then to straighten things out. The job I found is sick though, I just work for this archeologist with my buddies not really doing any real work ha. Also ran into a friend who may be able to get me a job as a doorman at the strip club here.

Glad I hung in there and weathered the storm, things should be going up from here finally :)

Was crunched for time so I hit a light arm workout today. That way I can concentrate heavy on chest tomorrow. Girlfriend is gunna snap a couple pics this weekend for me to post up.

Did a light workout for arms, went more for volume than weight. I figured I have back and chest this weekend so I will be hitting Bis/tris again on those days.

Wide Grip Pull ups (to behind the neck) 4 sets of 10 reps

It was quick and I kept it to under an hour workout which was the goal. Back pumps werent very bad at all and it felt like a solid workout.

I stopped taking my AI.. My joints got really sore last night so now I am not taking anything until I need it for bloat or if I get sides.

I just started IGF LR3 and MGF 3 days ago...ive read alot about it and everyone says something different of how and when to take it...one of my friends thats a pro strongman suggested no more than 40mcg igf bilaterally pre workout and 100mcg mgf post workout then 20-30 after take ur post workout shake...so far ive noticed a great pump in the muscle injected into that lasts for 2 days! Let me know if you have any questions i might be able to help u out

Awesome man. I'm set on dosing igf lr3 at 40mcg bilaterally. I heard to run it about 4-5 times a week and never run MGF on the same days. I was told use MGF 3-4 times a week. Any thoughts?

I use igf everytime before i trian and mgf everytime after i train...i train 4x a week but ive heard of people using igf on off days but dont c the point

Thanks bro! Someday in the next few months maybe u can help me out with my first cycle! I was thinking test e 12 weeks and dbol kicker for maybe a winter bulk but havnt decided if i want to mess with my hormones just yet. Whats really been holding me back from trying any gear is the fact that i have gyno from puberty and being fat for 22 years of my life...now 2.5 years later(im 24) im down to 9% BF at 173lbs 5'9" and am having trouble gaining quality weight.
Ive been researching and even read the entire Anabolics 2009 book for around a year now but i really dont want the gyno to get any worse. Seems like the leaner i get the worse it looks to...ive been thinking of surgery but havnt talked to any docs yet.

I just reversed some really bad gyno with Letro man. It almost got rid of it all. I'm gunna run some epistane with letro again in the spring and get rid of the rest. I can help you get rid of it and set you up with a dosage schedule. It can be reversed bro don't let it stop you from running some test.... sh*t is amazing!
