Well guys, I hate to jump on the Epi bandwagon, but I've been curious about it. Alright here goes.
Stats:
6'2 - 6'3
182 lbs.
15 1/4 Arms
41" chest
22" thighs (small huh?)
3 1/2 years lifting exp.
Bench: 225 lbs, 1 - 2 reps
D-Bell Bench: 90 lbs. each hand, Max
Squat: 330 lbs, 5 - 8 reps (not sure what 1 rep max is)
Clean: 220 lbs
Don't deadlift that much due to back pain. Well that's the basics. Can't think of any other stats I should put up. Well let me know if you can.
As for supps:
Cellmass (I think I'll handle the dreaded back pumps)
NO Xplode, for post cycle only though since there might be some lethargy with shutdown
LEVIATHAN! I'll be starting that about 15 days into my cycle so it will last another 15 post
Cycle Support (that's a given)
Redline Gel Tabs, post cycle only to cut off fat. I'm trying to get my 6 pack to show a bit more. Don't know much about them.
Perfect Cycle, I know I already have cycle support but I have a thing for milk thistle.
Flax (ALA)
Fish Oil
6 OXO
Rebound XT (post cycle)
Joint support (glucosamine, chondroiten, MSM)
Well I think that's it. I actually started on Sunday but I've been keeping steady progress on everything so far. No weight gain yet but there seems to be a definite strength increase.
Could it really be kicking in already?
