Workout routine 5 day/week help!!

Hi everyone I want to try something different and really just need advice, I'm looking for a workout routine that hits each muscle group 2x a week Monday-Friday my main goal here is to put on some size but more importantly cut up and develop an lean/hard physique! Cardio 20 mins a day, My old routine was

Monday: Chest / abs
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Arms/abs
Thursday : Shoulders
Friday: legs/abs

The possibilities are endless it could be anything:

Chest/back
Arms/shoulders
Legs
chest/back
arms/shoulders

following week begin with legs

Or
Upperbody
lower body
off
Upper
Lower
off
off

Or
Fullbody
off
fullbody
off
fullbody
off
off

Or
Fullbody x 5 days in a row (for a functional overreach- repeat for 2 weeks then back off)


the first one probably makes most sense for what it seems like your training experience

5 days you could do something like this...

Legs+Bis
Shoulders+Chest+Tris
Back
Legs
Shoulders+Back+Arms

Or 6 days...

Legs+Bis
Shoulders+Chest+Tris
Back
Legs
Arms

You might want to opt for a push/pull style routine:

Mon: Push (heavy)
Tues: Pull (heavy)
Wed: Legs
Thurs: Push (hypertrophy)
Fri: Pull (hypertrophy)

* you could add in a secondary leg day if you feel you need it.
