Hi everyone I want to try something different and really just need advice, I'm looking for a workout routine that hits each muscle group 2x a week Monday-Friday my main goal here is to put on some size but more importantly cut up and develop an lean/hard physique! Cardio 20 mins a day, My old routine was
Monday: Chest / abs
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Arms/abs
Thursday : Shoulders
Friday: legs/abs
Monday: Chest / abs
